We recently purchased a new home and content insurance from AA Lower Hutt. Ms. Kae Marin assisted us throughout the entire process. She is very kind and helped clarify our doubts and concerns. She handled the whole process professionally and smoothly. We are very pleased with the support she provided.
Went to renew drivers licence, seamless service, greeted on arrival by Ann. Cornell processed the new licence, great guy! Good chat and super efficient!

I went into the AA this morning to get some work done. Didn’t have a long wait and Agnes was so amazing! She got through all my work quickly and she is such a kind person!
Obviously long queues that's to be expected. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly . They are there to help us which they really do. Thank you so much for your service when I was there, I waited more than 1hour but it was worth it . You guys do a great job. Keep it up
Never go to this Store, if you are a non white Guy, Especially to the Old lady in the customer service, She is very racist , she will ask all the un necessary documents and make you wait for long long time. Firstly I though that is how she do it, but Later realized she does it intentionally for Non kiwi people. Please to go VTNZ . Avoid AA Lower HUTT if you can
18.05.2023 Verify documents for an IRD number. I was standing in line at 3.55pm with at least 8 people in front of me and was advised by an AA rep "they've reached capacity today and won't be able to process me". Reached capacity? Get additional staff to stay longer so you can actually process customers enquiries esp at this time of the day. Won't be able to process me? Yet, you don't close till 5pm. Pathetic! Lousy customer service.
Went there this morning and had to wait 45 minutes. There were 6 people in the queue and 1 trainee at the desk and another woman who decided to take a coffee break for 20 mins. It was 9:30am and this place opens at 8:30am. I would have thought that if it's busy and there is only 2 people at the desks and one is a trainee that you would get people through and then take a break? Or, have more people on? Especially when it's only 9:30am and she would have only been there for an hour tops. The woman at the door was also very talkative and noisy. Anne (the trainee) was very friendly and helpful though.
