Vero interprets policy anyway in which they can to get themselves out of paying a claim. They are happy to take payment but fail to come to the party when a legitimate burglary happens. Do not use them.
They need a 0 start button. DO NOT use Vero. I had my car insured with Vero. I understood when they wrote it off due to the cost of repairs but the Customer Service is less than help just stick to what the system says your due and not what you are saying. Made a error in my settlement payment which meant that i had to wait a extra 2 days. I was even paid someone else's settlement on accident which i wasted a hour of my life to fix. Call Centre feels like it is outsourced to a foreign country. I have since changed all my insurance policies to other companies.
Terrible experience with their contents insurance!! Extremely slow service taking over 3 months. There employees donβt seem to care or want to help and never do what they say. Do not recommend!
Omg, they're actually so bad that it is kind of funny. They either take ages getting back to you or they just don't bother to reply. It's like they think their incompetence will cause people to give up with their claim. 8 months later and I'm still waiting.

would give 0 stars if i could. been with vero for 12 years, paying fortnightly for house/car/contents insurance. go to make a claim on broken contents and get declined yet have two damage reports saying what the problem is. they do not treat their loyal customers with much respect. will be going elsewhere. VERO = TERRIBLE! WORST INSURANCE COMPANY !
