   If you are looking for a doctor who does not care about your health, who disregards what the hospital says, who will not give results to you, who chooses not to check your medical history and Likes to tell their patients that it's 'in your head ' 'just get a job and stop being lazy' but quick to take all your money from you and then refuse to communicate to any third party doctor/specialist . This place is for you. This is the most disgusting practice I have ever encountered in my life. If I could even less than 0 starts I would. As the rest of reviews state. DO NOT COME HERE

   If you're looking for a doctor who doesn't listen, and treats patients like an inconvenience, then you've found the right one(Dr Shiromani Goyal). Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking even the most basic courtesy.

   If i could give 0 stars I would, i have never been so disappointed in this clinic and the doctors. My father in law has been seeing doctor Shiromani Goyal and his wife Mona Goyal every time he’s visited New Zealand and had a bad experience last time we went to see dr Shiromani Goyal however he got sick and needed to get a prescription and was told that we had to come back and see the dr again and pay full fees for it. Thats not an issue so i booked a appointment for my father in law and 3 hours before the appointment was told that we need to go to 24h surgery because my father in law medical is complicated. I can’t believe that we even a clinic could do such a thing. VERY Disappointing. If you love your money I highly recommend not to go to this clinic ever.

   Misleading doctors specially doctor Mona and Shiromani do not have any sympathy for patients and are arrogant. He misread my wife’s x-ray and said everything is normal when I asked him to send X- ray then he said that is not part of our policy to send x-ray to the patient and it was very ridiculous thing, then I asked x-ray straight from radiology and after few days I got it from lab then I showed the same x-ray to 2 other doctors they found the actual problem and the said u need cure it ASAP before it goes worst . I don’t recommend any one to go their please save your precious time , money and health..

   I have been going here for my whole life and cannot be happier with the services offered. Have been seeing Dr Chris Leathart and he is fantastic; very understanding and handles everything with care. Recently saw Dr Mona Goyal as well and she made me feel extremely comfortable during my appointment, along with offering the best care and treatment possible. All staff are also incredibly helpful. Thank you!

   Would not recommend this practice if you want a reliable service that you don’t have to wait an hour to be seen. I arrived early for my appointment and was told the doctor was “a bit behind”. After waiting 45 mins the reception was very condescending towards me by saying “oh are you still waiting”. An hour went by and still no update so I left in disgust. Terrible service and lack of communication.

   Dr Sriramany is unprofessional and rude and on more than one occasion disregarded my concerns toward my son's ED. I have not had any good experiences with this practice and leave feeling very belittled. but is my only practice available within close distance.

   Terrible experience with the receptionist. She is rude, racist and unprofessional(2 past experiences). We were 5 minutes late for the appointment she told us to wait because we were late kept sitting there without informing the nurse that we are here and lied the nurse is busy. Very very unprofessional. (Zero Stars)

   Highly Not recommend at all. Especially - Dr. Mona Goyal. She is dominant, rude and most of time not in mood to hear any kind of health issues and make the face and shows weird kind of expression with head node when we talking and nor show any concern even empathy- so unprofessional. Being my self always try to avoid her to not get any appointment with her but this time want to talk with GP as i was worrying about my health and an option was available with Dr. Mona on that day so. I took her appointment ASAP .. Feel Like targeting on money, Whenever meet her always ignored her behaviour. But this time when I have serious doubt and asked for test as been done by major clinic as they deduct some stones and stated that “if any kind of pain bothers me in future , go to GP Again and explain everything so we will do ur test again”. As Expected she didn’t listen properly even said ; I have to pay for $ 400 to $600 for my kidney checkup because they don’t have funds. I don’t know what is that mean? As I am citizen and being a citizen and my eligibility allows me for funding. So, wondering why she always said you have to pay? When I try to raised a question, she replied back; “ I am here not to argue with you , Please leave the room”. I was stunned. Even my wife was shocked with her behaviour and we left the room. This is the first doctor who says this kind of statement. My previous doctor from Auckland never treated my like that. And always willing to help in any kind of situations and always has concerned for her patient. Anyways- If I have to take Panadol or any pain killer so why we should visit doctor. We can buy painkillers from pharmacy. And If something serious cause the problem who will be responsible for it? .further more - Once I have also ignored her husband behaviour as I was stuck in traffic and late 10 mints but . And the Dr. Sheromani said; you Indians always late and this is not India”. And I was shocked by his behaviour but in reply back; “.do u really think this is the appropriate behaviour towards your patient and say this kind of words to ur patient and do the misbehaving. Seriously”? But lately he called me back and did the apology over phone. So I also tried to let it be. But on other side As far we always wait in waiting room for 20 to 30 mints. Our time value doesn’t coast but if we are genuinely stuck they get frustrated. As being a patient, we have rights to ask from our docts. Without hesitation about our health concern. If we are not comfortable with them so why they has been appointed as GP. their duty and responsibility to clearing everything and specify genuinely with well explanation not left behind in any kind questionable behaviour toward patients but whenever u trying to ask any kind of question from dr. Mona, she always trying to be rude and shows unethical behaviour. . Moreover, on reception senior citizen staff’s behaviour also harsh and rude. They serves you as they are favouring you. For injection such as B12 or iron shots they charge from $15 to $20. This clinic is all about paying money in any steps by patients. Super disappointed. My question to NZ MEDICAL COUNCIL and to Bishopdale clinic if u guys are not willing to help in Any kind of circumstances please don’t registered them and. Don’t treat your patients like trash.
