Looking for a GP clinic? Seriously look elsewhere. Horrible experiences here on several occasions. Receptionists are quite rude, they promise to return your call about an issue but they never do. Money hungry practice, all they seem to care about is taking your money, not about your health. I've been mucked around by them so much it's unbelievable.
Having to explain why you need to see a doctor to the receptionist feels intrusive, especially when it’s a personal matter. If you prefer not to share details, some receptionists become dismissive or even hostile. Patients should have the right to privacy without feeling pressured or judged. A simple ‘It’s personal’ should be enough. On top of that, being charged extra just to receive my test results is frustrating. After already paying $59 to see a nurse, I was charged an additional $29 just for a phone call with my results. It feels unfair and has left me seriously disappointed.
Hopeless, money hungry practice, Rude receptionists, if you have any health problems do not go here. If you spend over 15 mins with your doctor, you have to pay double. If you consult over the phone you have to pay $29…they never tell you this, be aware of this scam.
Literally the worst practice I have ever experienced. Take your money and do nothing for you. Terrible service. Never do what they say they will and it is very clear to see they is no interest in you as a patient whatsoever. Highly recommend going somewhere else. This isn't a medical practice, it's a business. If you're sick, you will be wasting your time. Updated - Ended up in hospital for three days. Lost feeling in hands and face. X-ray found my spleen and bowels are pressing against my diaphragm causing pain and shortness of breath. Avoid this medical practice at all costs. Updated - Asked for manager to call to discuss issues, was assured that someone would contact me. No on has contacted me. This is the fourth time I have had such "assurance" and the fourth time no one has honoured their word. Beyond appalling.
Waited for over an hour for an appointment to the point where I had to leave because I was going to be late for something else. If you know you are running that far behind why not tell the customer as they walk in or call them in advance to delay their arrival? Other time I've waited 30 minutes regularly. Way too many phone options when trying to get an appointment and you don't even get to speak to a human you just leave a message. No consideration for sick customers.
Disgusting! It’s a money grab for them ! I got charged $20 just for the doctor to tell me my results were fine…..
Bad service, makes it hard for us older people. Need to upskill and improve service.
Terrible.. doctor saw us and asked me to take my 7yr old son to get a urine sample and when we came back she was seeing someone else! When I knocked to enter she told me and my son to wait out in waiting room! Then told me script for mouthwash, pain relief and antibiotics would be sent to local pharmacy but when I went to get script all we got was an antifungal cream?!! Absolutely atrocious
I had just moved to the Bay, and was dealing with horrible anxiety cause I had run out of my escitalopram. The good people at Totara managed to get me a same-day appointment and I was taking my medicine before the day was up. Superb!
