   Unfortunately we had to go to this place, because my usual stenographer didn’t have any appointments. Went there for my baby’s growth scan. As it wasn’t my first scan, me and my partner we both realised that the stenographer didn’t do a great job. Finally the report was sent to my midwife saying that baby’s growth rate has been decreased. it was a surprise because my baby’s growth was always above average and that was the feedback we received from all previous scans and midwife visits. However the scan we did from TRG imaging gave us an unnecessary stress and worries until we did the scan at hospital just a week after. We received the same usual results from the hospital as well, that s baby’s growth is normal and the its above average. I wish I wouldn’t go to this place.

   Came here today in the afternoon right after my appointment with my midwife (16/06/23) and the lady receptionist wearing glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE! You don’t talk to your patients with that very rude attitude and tone or to anyone like that. When my partner and I entered the facility, we asked her nicely if there’s an available day and time to book for my dating scan (ultrasound). Throughout our conversation with her, she was talking with us very rudely as if she doesn’t want anyone to come in and ask her. She shouldn’t be a receptionist in the firs place. I’ve been containing my patience with her until my partner and I couldn’t handle her rudeness anymore and to think that I’m pregnant, this stresses me out so bad. We didn’t expect to be treated like that. After exiting the facility, I’ve read all the other reviews and I’m pretty sure we were talking about the same receptionist and maybe the even management doesn’t care at all. DON’T BOTHER TO COME HERE. Extremely poor service and she will ruin your entire day.

   Had an urgent referral for an ultrasound, receptionist advised results would be ready in 2 days, i need to see a doctor as they cant email me the results. 4 days later and the report is not even done for an urgent request. Would not recommend!!!!

   When I booked for pelvic ultrasound I was told there would be a trainee in the room with the sonographer and would I be okay with that which I said was fine. When I arrived I was met by the trainee and when we went to the room she told me it would just be her alone doing my ultrasound today. I had to ask for the actual sonographer to be present in the room, when she arrived you could see she looked a little agitated. I personally feel the trainee was way out of her depth and is the worst and quickest pelvic and internal ultrasound I have ever had. The fact that she was going to be left alone to do it shocks me. I would never has been happy with a trainee doing it alone. The sonographer then took over at the end and the results show can't really see much and I'm not surprised because I had emptied my bladder already for the internal when she did pelvic again and I was told to get results bladder must be full, so it all seemed pointless. $390....
