   Really poor experience today. Trying to renew my license that I didn’t realise had lapsed quite some time ago which was completely on me. I realised when I arrived that I didn’t have the correct ID that I needed so I went up to figure out what I needed to do so I could come back and get it sorted. The guy looked at a scan of my birth certificate and said it would fine to use as ID but I just had to present the physical copy. He neglected to tell me, while staring at the scan, that for some insane reason I need the exact same document, with the exact same information only it needs to be a copy that has been issued after 1/1/1998. So without realising that I went all the way home and got it, drove all the way back only to be told that actually it wasn’t ok because it was issued in 95. Your ability to communicate effectively to your customers what is actually required needs major work. I left in tears because I was so, so frustrated by the whole experience. Its my fault my license expired and I didn’t realise but if I had actually been given the correct information by your staff I would have come back another day with the correct documents and it would have been a far less stressful experience. Do better. I will be going somewhere else to sort this now and would never, ever recommend this centre to anyone.

   Insurance consultant, Sean Anderson, was amazing! He worked with me in-between his appointments and walked me through a step-by-step on everything car insurance related. He really educated me through the process and was so friendly the entire time!

   What a lovely atmosphere in this AA. I thought the way Rodney greeted people as soon as they walked in and explained the process for licence renewal was first class. A short wait then served by the delightful Melissa. A very positive experience. Thankyou.

   This place has very friendly staff who will help you straight away after you enter the building. The queue is not that bad compared to other AA centre. When I did my driving theory test in this place, I met Melissa, who patiently helped me with all the requirements and encouraged me to do my best on my test. She also explained in detail about the test, the procedure, and also about the AA membership.

   Lisa was extremely helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with despite the massive non-stop queues of people waiting this morning when I was there. It was refreshing to deal with such a fantastic person in that type of environment. Thank you.

   I needed to transfer my overseas license. The CS person mumbled about needing an extra piece if paper but without saying what type or how I get it. Not nice, not competent, bureaucratic and officious. When I expressed my frustration she got angry and told me to leave and not come back.

   One of the worst experience at AA Sydenham Went there to convert overseas licence first time - First Lady was really helpful and provided all the information needed. went there second time reached there around 4 PM and have been told they can’t help as too many people already waiting and they close at 5 PM Went there again today for the same thing, waited in queue for hour and a half and then the lady was very bad with her behaviour with us - We had all the original documents as they have asked last time but just one thing we have to take from online website and last time we emailed that to them and they printed it out but this time they said they can’t print it out as they no longer print the docs and the rule changed just this week - We explained everything but the behaviour very very poor by the lady and the manager as well - they both were laughing behind our back when we were coming back from there - I’d say a racist behaviour from Manager Worst customer service Worst management Worst manager Please do not waste your time going there

   Great service today. Staff member was very helpful and understanding with my family member who needed to renew their license. This was despite the place being very busy. Would go back just because of this. As this is near a main road this place can get quite busy. There is parking but usually full due to the testing station.
