“My two years old male cat has been diagnosed and treated in ARC vets Shore for a urinary obstruction. I had already received injections and medication from the local vet, but it didn't get better for 4 days and got worse, so I ended up coming to the ARC over the weekend. He was hospitalized for a day and returned safely to our family today. I'm grateful to the kind vet, Jess, for her prompt and clear treatment and explanations. My cat can now urinate and I can immediately tell that he is doing much better than yesterday. Of course, I had to pay not kind medical expenses, but this opportunity gave me the opportunity to learn about various diseases that frequently occur in male cats. I highly recommend ARC vets Shore.”

“The man who groomed our dog did an excellent job, probably the best we've ever had for a brush out of our long haired double coated samoyed. Something to note though is that he initially asked if we wanted her trimmed down to a poodle style cut. This indicated that he had no samoyed experience and you would never trim their coat - possibly just hygiene areas. We made sure it was clear no scissor or trimming allowed. We were very worried leaving our girl but the end result was excellent. We will definitely go back again for a wash and brush out. No knots in sight. She also smelled wonderful.”

The place is spotlessly clean, peaceful, and the cats are just adorable. My kids and I were so happy here. Also, a quick shoutout to their milk tea—it’s absolutely delicious! “Remarkable! That’s the best way to describe The Hotel Britomart. We loved the art, the eco-conscious identity, and the overall atmosphere. “I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel excellent value for money. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and even checked us in earlier than the usual 2pm time. The room was large, very clean, and the TV offered plenty of options. My only small feedback would be that the pillows were a bit firm for my liking. I slept well regardless, the shower was refreshing in the morning, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Overall, a great stay I would definitely return next time I’m in Auckland. Thank you!”

He gave detailed information, gave options and treated both my son and I and dog sensitively and professionally and had a lot of knowledge to share and patience. Thank you very much.”

The wine tour with Nicky (the host) was equally amazing! A truly great way to see the island and spend a day getting to know about the delicious grape juice this island has to offer. I’ll be back again for sure!”
