   Wonderful. Our cat and dog boarded with Brookby Lodge 2 days prior to flying to Tasmania, Brookby Lodge cared for them well, ensured they were both on the flight with us, they travelled side by side which was awesome and arrived in Hobart in great shape and clearly had been well cared for. We just happened to see them get loaded on and off the plane. We have used other international Pet carriers before and weren’t impressed. Brookby Lodge excelled, we highly recommend them. Thank you Brookby Lodge.

   My dog stayed for almost 4 weeks. Unfortunately , our dog always comes back malnourished but this was the worst one. Does anyone even monitor their meal if theyve eaten or what? They always say he's been very active , hmnnn always been their excuse. Wont come back there again. Scary!

   One of the best doggy daycares I know of. I know my fur babies are being well looked after and cared for while they are there. The ladies there are super friendly and welcoming. If there are any issues they call if it is serious or they mention it on pick up. I have used the day care service as well as the over night for up to two weeks at a time. I find they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend sending your fur baby if you need to socialise them and get them to burn off the extra energy.

   Great kennel. My dogs hadn't been there in a year but started wagging tails and getting excited as soon as we arrived. They love it. Team are great at looking after medication needs too.

   I have Brookby Lodge saved in my most visited places for the past almost 2 years now and can highly recommend this 5 stars doggy daycare and boarding! Our dog Kobe (he’s called Kobe brindle at Brookby since there’s a few of them lol) always has the best time; Cimon the manager even informs us even if he has the smallest scratch (from playing too hard) excellent communication and always responsive on emails. Kobe goes daycare about twice a week and boarding whenever we travel, he has loads of friends that also goes there. We can say Brookby is one of the best doggy daycare here in Auckland, if not the best. They even support doggy rescue so that’s always a good thing!
