   All the staff here are SO lovely and helpful. The service really stands out. I LOVE coming here all because of the staff. Never had trouble getting help, never had to wait. They’re always so pleasant! Even help you take your things out to the car or walk you out with an umbrella if it’s raining.

   The staff is absolutely amazing! They’ve got banter, they remember you, they care about the animals and my dogs absolutely love it when they come out and great them when they’re getting a wash! I would not go anywhere else to wash my dogs after the beach - even though we live in Albany! Always have a good laugh and a chat and they are always willing to carry stuff to your car if you need an extra hand. I cannot recommend this place enough!! IMO all the staff needs a payrise - not once have I come here and gotten bad service! From Ralph, Martha & Line
