They were quick to schedule an appointment for the dog I brought in, and it wasn’t busy at all, which made the process very efficient. Their visit price was reasonable and not overly expensive. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them!”

“The staff are so lovely and experienced. My dog Taz had a day stay recently and the vet, Susan, explained everything to me and was so thorough. The nurses also were so lovely and caring and gave him a head and ear massage which he absolutely loved and it made me feel so happy that he was so well looked after and spoilt. “BirdCare, in Greenbay, are good at taking care of sick, injured birds. I've taken a few native birds in over the years. They could do with more voluntary contributions of donations, which helps take care of the birds, either a money donation or frozen bags of mixed veges, like peas, corn, carrot..”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The DIY pet wash is super popular and you can end up waiting. My advice would be to go during the week if you can. If its not busy, you can get an extra token if you have the unlimited wash for $99.”

“Petparks looked after my dog, who passed away earlier this year, on numerous occasions. Although he could be quite challenging behaviorally, Petparks understood him and managed him really well and he was always happy and relaxed about going there. Jennifer and Louise were always accommodating and gracious about booking changes, and drop off and pick up times. I never felt hurried when updating them about anything new each time I checked him in for a stay - I felt that they were genuinely interested in his welfare, and fond of him. I was able to enjoy complete peace of mind about him whenever I was away, and I recommend this place unreservedly. Plus Jennifer does the most fabulous grooming!”

“Phasma loves to come to Bethells Farmstay OR "Doggie Disneyland" which our 9 year old son refers to it as because of all the fun we know she has. She's stayed here quite a number of times over the last 18months since we first got her. This family business came highly recommended to us by a friend and they are always quick to respond, hugely accommodating, friendly and we dont have to worry about a thing as we know our little girl is well loved & cared for here. “Beautiful place, beautiful staff, great customer service, and great prices. Our rottweiler had hydrotherapy for the first time.It's definitely worth doing it. She had an injury a couple of months ago. The hydrotherapy helped her to use her injured leg and will get her leg strong again. DIY wash included with hydrotherapy(that's an extra point). We took our other dog also for a DIY wash, great set-up, and shampoo. Thanks heaps. We will be back for hydrotherapy and dog wash next week.”

“This place is amazing. Best accommodation we've stayed so far. View is perfect, the house itself is flawless, and they provide everything that you could think of. Never get to use a proper espresso machine during our trip anywhere before. Capsule was usually the closest to it ever. Gas bbq is also very good and clean. We had an amazing time. Appreciate it, will definitely recommend it to others, and ourselves will go back if we have the chance to”

“Cannot say enough about this wonderful condo. Very clean, comfortable & well appointed. Spectacular view of the harbor. Perfect location, close to everything you want to enjoy in Auckland. Great restaurants close by. Right next to the cruise ship pier & the ferries to the outer islands. One small issue was addressed immediately. Highest recommendation.”

“By far one of the best places I have stayed in years. travelling for work a lot, I get to stay at a lot of places and never really feel the need to leave a review one way or the other, but this place is worth a mention. From the first encounter with staff to the last, the experience is friendly and efficient, the room I stayed in was very spacious, extremely well appointed and super clean. Stayed in the middle of winter so noticed the double glazing and individual heat pumps in each room immediately as the apartment was cosy and warm throughout. Vehicles are securely parked underground with easy access to elevators and ample parking. There is a high level of security with elevators requiring room tags to access the correct floor adding additional comfort to lone travellers or people leaving and returning at odd hours. Finally - as an added benefit - you open the doors to the balcony and realise that there is small stream right behind the apartments that you can hear all the time. (Bit too cold during my stay to leave the balcony doors open over night, but in summer this must be the most tranquil experience ever) - I have advised my company, our corporate travel agency and my co-workers that this is by far the most outstanding property I have stayed in for a while and when in the neighbourhood, staying here is an absolute must.”

“What a beautiful, caring & professional team - I am so grateful that a practice of this quality is so close to my home. Came in with my cat who had a mystery injury on her leg. Every check up, the vet has been so gentle with my cat, as well as thoroughly informative & considerate of my budget. They gave me a full written diagnostic of their findings & concerns, answered any questions I had & even a phone-call check-up the next day. Probably more expensive than other vets around but incredibly worth it bc they truly want the best for your pets. Thank you :)”

“Sommerville Vet take Vet care to the next level. The empathy, love and care this Vet Centre gives their patients and their owners/parents is beyond outstanding. Having Sommerville vets care for my baby is the only option for me. When I lost my previous fur baby due to genetic disorders, the incredible Vet - Jesse, Steph- the caring nurse and the wonderful reception staff gave him a dignified ending, gave me endless compassion and took care of him until I picked him up the following week. I took my new baby in today, and received the same love and affection as every previous visit. Thank you Sommerville Vet for going above and beyond your calling, and loving our precious babies the way you do. If I could give you 10 stars out of 5, I would.”
