   My colleague and I took two little abandoned kittens to this vet at very short notice that were found this morning. They took us at short notice and gave them a thorough check up and great advice on looking after kittens. The receptionists and Liz the vet were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic. Thanks so much for seeing these two little guys at such short notice. :-)

   Our dog ate a starfish which was a pretty stressful experience as we had no idea whether it was toxic or not. The vet that we saw here was very professional and helped us weigh up the risks and ultimately we got a good outcome for our pup. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

   We would recommend this vet to anyone in the area. We were able to register our 2 cats easily with this office when we were looking for a West Auckland vet. Unfortunately, many other offices were full and turning away new patients, we were lucky to find a spot here! They are on time with appointments, and usually able to see our pets within a few days notice and very welcoming. We haven’t had any issues with bookings or care. The vet techs are full of advice and recommendations for any pet needs. We really enjoy learning new ways to better care for our pets. They also have a well stocked shop for toys, optional medications and additional needs (food, treats, catnip, pet toothpaste, flea treatment, leashes, etc). Our pets are quite anxious but everyone at the office is welcoming and ensures all pets are safe (especially when in the waiting area, they are mindful of dogs being around the smaller animals). We really appreciate the service and recommend this office. The one issue we do experience is the carpark. It is quite small and can be difficult to enter or exit onto the busy main road, especially when the carpark is full.

Our pet was the fulcrum of our family's life & anything other than full support & attention would have pained us immensely. We found confidence in him, being treated by her. Thank you Fiona. She was superb not only in the way she attended but more importantly was prepared to listen to concerns raised. Leaving the clinic One was more than appreciative of not only of her skills but also her manner of making my friend relaxed.
