Awesome service, they are extremely helpful and the service they give my father in law with all the pharmacies needs, they check blood pressure, dispenser daily medication and really helpful when you call them on the phone. They have even dropped off prescription to him,
One of my worst experiences with a health professional. Had come down with a bad case of the flu over the weekend and decided to 'support local' with reputable local pharmacy as opposed to navigating the mall mega pharmacies. Knew what works for me with a bad cold is a ephedrine based night and day course of meds and have been previously got them elsewhere and am fine with showing ID and proof of address to do so. Arrived at NL West Pharmacy and asked the staff member for a flu night and day course of ephedrine meds. Was told a curt "We don't stock that" with a look and a flat expression that signalled end of the conversation with no attempt to enquire as to my symptoms or offer any options. Looks like its back to the mall mega pharmacies with staff that do give you time, ask questions and will attempt to help.
Always get efficient and friendly help from an overwhelmingly lovely group of pharmacists. Happy to come here for my meds and vaccinations. Great communication in store or over the phone. They are proactive with their patient care. I highly recommend them

Extremely accommodating and helpful. Made my covid and hospital experience much less stressful. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because they did not have some of my more niche medicines in stock. I have changed to make them my permanent pharmacy. Thanks to a great team!
I recently had the pleasure of getting vaccinated at this fantastic pharmacy, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and confident in the expertise of the staff. The pharmacy's commitment to providing exceptional care and service was evident from start to finish. The entire vaccination process was smooth, efficient, and organised. The staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure. They patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had, ensuring that I felt comfortable before, during, and after receiving the vaccine.
Very kind pharmacist who’s great with kids. My 3 year old has had two positive immunisation experiences here, and she gets really excited about getting shots at this particular pharmacy now. It’s a bit odd and I didn’t think it was actually possible.
