“Excellent consult with my elderly cat who wasn't eating and had been vomiting for a few days. Jess, locum vet, listened to me and we discussed various measures we could take. Felt supported. Meds and fluids given. Meds for home use as well. We will go back for a review in several days. End of life options also discussed. Very happy to have been able to talk things thru.”

“My precious, beautiful sweet girl became very ill. The love and care she received from everyone, namely BETH, was just top notch. It was a very scary time, something I don’t wish on anyone and their beloved pet. Richard and his team are just wonderful along with the amazing reception team. Eventually, after what seemed like forever, our sweet princess got better and she’s back to normal, albeit a little extra precious”

Professional, thorough, considered conservative options before offering surgery, Dr. Peter really puts you at ease and provides really clear easy to understand information and we are very grateful to have had his expertise in helping Mo out. Recently, my elderly cat's health failed. The staff were super efficient, highly professional, and kind and caring as my cat had reached the point where his life was ending. They were quick to schedule an appointment for the dog I brought in, and it wasn’t busy at all, which made the process very efficient. Their visit price was reasonable and not overly expensive. “The staff are so lovely and experienced. My dog Taz had a day stay recently and the vet, Susan, explained everything to me and was so thorough. The nurses also were so lovely and caring and gave him a head and ear massage which he absolutely loved and it made me feel so happy that he was so well looked after and spoilt. “Great vets and super helpful staff”

“My two years old male cat has been diagnosed and treated in ARC vets Shore for a urinary obstruction. I had already received injections and medication from the local vet, but it didn't get better for 4 days and got worse, so I ended up coming to the ARC over the weekend. He was hospitalized for a day and returned safely to our family today. I'm grateful to the kind vet, Jess, for her prompt and clear treatment and explanations. My cat can now urinate and I can immediately tell that he is doing much better than yesterday. Of course, I had to pay not kind medical expenses, but this opportunity gave me the opportunity to learn about various diseases that frequently occur in male cats. I highly recommend ARC vets Shore.”

“Dr Jack Roche gave me and my little dog Pickle the greatest friendly care and respect. She had a very bad ear infection and allergy issues. He gave detailed information, gave options and treated both my son and I and dog sensitively and professionally and had a lot of knowledge to share and patience. Thank you very much.”

“My cat was injured and my usual vet didn't have a spot for the same day appointment and after couple of calls to multiple clinics I was able to get an appointment here. I continued with the checkups too. All the nurses and vets I met there were wonderful - very friendly, understanding, answering all my questions, polite and knowledgeable. They were really concerned to give my cat the very best care.”

“We've had the absolute best experience with VSA. Had to bring in our dog twice for a suspected slipped disc, and ended up leaving him there the second time for IV fluids. He had a CT scan first thing in the morning; unfortunately he needed two spinal surgeries so he had to wait until the day after for proper planning, otherwise it would have been done straight after CT Scan while still under anaesthesia. We live far away so couldn't come for the scan results, but the surgeon took the time to show us the scans via a video call and made sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. They sent us frequent updates and were always highly professional. The surgery went extremely well and we were able to visit him the day after surgery. Thanks to their great care and our boys bravery and resilience, we were able to take our baby home just three days later. That whole event was really scary and exhausting for us, but we felt very supported and can honestly highly recommend them. 2x emergency visits, 4 nights stay, CT Scan, double surgery and meds was around 12k in total which is a lot, but we knew he had the highest quality care and that is definitely worth it for us. A huge thank you to the entire team who helped us - and most importantly, our good boy - get through this.”
