My bro and I stayed in separate rooms for two nights. Loved the comfy bed and the subtle yet beautiful lighting in the rooms. Lovely understated no fuss yet elegance that flowed from the bedroom and closet and coffee and fridge area to the open shower. Loved it. I have the same open shower with a glass wall at home. Snao! Thanks to Rakeesh for your personable yet professional service. Hi to Howard. Great valet service too, guys. Waiting staff in the restaurant made it easy to settle into dining. In fact, ever of the staff greeted me whenever I ran into them, whether in the hallway, getting in and out of the lift or passing enroute to the restaurant or the entrance.. kudos to Hotel Britomart for having a wonderfully friendly and hospitable staff cult. I really enjoyed our stay there.

We had the most amazing experience dining at the Lounge section of the Libraries. It was made truly special by the wonderful Luciano, who was not only an excellent server but a brilliant sommelier. As a guest-only area, I would 100% recommend eating here if youβre staying at The Hotel Britomart and are after an intimate dinner that feels like high-end private dining. With the food menu being the exact same as the Kingi restaurant downstairs, we were still able to enjoy the delicious meal but in a quiet and luxurious setting. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

This hotel is well located next to the harbour and has a modern design. My room itself was also stylish and spacious enough for one person. I particularly liked the roomy shower. The bed was very comfortable, although there wasn't enough shelf space on one side. And to be honest, I felt something was missing when I stepped in the room upon arrival, this could have been a complimentary bottle of water, a welcome card, or some other small touch. The staff, however, was always friendly. I canβt say anything about their restaurant as I didnβt visit it during my two-night stay.

Remarkable! Thatβs the best way to describe The Hotel Britomart. We loved the art, the eco-conscious identity, and the overall atmosphere. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff were simply amazing. We finally managed to visit the beautiful Library Lounge (it was booked for a private event the night before), and what a treat it was! A special thank you to the lounge manager, Luciano, who made us one of the best β if not the best β martinis weβve ever had. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!

The best thing I could say about this hotel is the people who work there aim to please and are friendly. However, the hotel definitely is trying to appeal to a posh, sophisticated crowd. The location is within walking distance of most things. However, the biggest issue we had were the rooms. We selected king size bed rooms, but these felt the smallest of all the rooms we had stayed on our trip (11 total). The layout is more designed for one person than two, as there's only one place to sit and no place to put luggage (even though there was a luggage table collapsed in the closets. Sleek, minimalist and digital is what they are going for. When arriving, a staff member greeted us with a smile and showed us our rooms. Yet, when giving us directions on how to use our rooms, was very fast in explaining. The power switches blended in with the current color, so if it was dark, you had to feel around for the button. We only discovered the library hangout spot the evening before leaving and when asking if we could have dinner, we were told we needed a reservation, yet when returning from dinner, half the restaurant was empty. Also, while a nice ambiance, the thumpa thumpa music was so loud, I could barely speak to my husband sitting besides me at the bar. I'm glad we only spent two nights here and more time during our initial stay at the Hotel Debrett down the street.

Gorgeous hotel. We had such a lovely hotel experience over 2 nights. Extremely comfortable and stylish with the natural materials used throughout. Amazing location to so many delish restaurants and bars. We loved that we could just pop downstairs and enjoy superb customer service and food at the restaurant on site and so many other options close by. The bed was super comfy and the shower next level indulgence. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel. Spotless and located in a great area. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is better than a spa. We especially appreciated the staff here - my husband shipped a package to the hotel that was delayed and arrived after our stay. The reception staff was very helpful in getting the package shipped out to us. Highly recommend a stay while you're in Auckland!

We stayed at the hotel Britomart while in Auckland for a few days. The rooms are incredible! Very beautifully designed. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Due to a storm , we had difficulty hailing a taxi for our international flight. But Kieran at the front desk literally ran around the block in rain to find one for us so we could make our flight! This hotel is the definition of great customer service. Rick was also very helpful in giving us great restaurant recommendations. Knowing I was vegan, he suggested some great places for us. Will be staying here again!

I had such a wonderful solo stay at The Hotel Britomart. The room is beautiful with lovely handmade ceramics and cosy decor - plus, they have decent coffee for when you wake up in the morning! I enjoyed a couple of nice cocktails at kingi in the late afternoon while I read my book and the staff were very attentive - definitely worth checking out. The staff at reception were also super lovely. I stayed in a Galway Lane room.
