   Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, wont even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist attitude was like we were doing him a favour, infact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take out prescriptions there. It doesnot cost to smile and doesnot cost to come out have a word with customer instead of passing message back and forth via shop staff. Edit : I waited for the pharmacist but he was least interested. There were no other customers at all. Would you have said the same if it was a positive review that customer should talk to pharmacist instead of posting a positive review. Plenty of pharmacies in the area to choose from anyway. We thought we would support small business.

   Excellent service every single time with knowledgeable and patient staff. Number one choice for our vaccinations. Recently took 2x 10 year olds for first time ear piercing. Staff were caring, efficient and made the whole process less scary. The numbing cream is an added bonus. Parking right outside is handy .

   I would not use this company again. Their courier costs are double many other very reliable Pharmacies. Further they use Amarex Couriers which in my personal experience are the worst I have come across in a long time.

   Went in for a flu jab, everyone was very friendly, efficient and helpful. While I was waiting briefly I had a chance to browse and found a good selection of everything you’d need at a pharmacy as well as a nicely curated selection of feeding supplies for toddlers and gifts. Happy to support a locally-owned pharmacy!
