   The vets and vet nurses were very kind, caring and helpful. I rang them several times for help with my cat who wouldn't keep his Elizabethan collar on after surgery and they were very patient and calmed me down. Everyone I have ever seen at the practice are lovely.

   Dr Jack Roche gave me and my little dog Pickle the greatest friendly care and respect. She had a very bad ear infection and allergy issues. He gave detailed information, gave options and treated both my son and I and dog sensitively and professionally and had a lot of knowledge to share and patience. Thank you very much.

   I just LOVE these guys. The obvious love they show /feel for all animals is really evident when we go there and I always feel like they make my pup feel special especially as she is anxious. They are knowledgeable and have always gone the extra mile to help me with any extra queries regarding my dog not just the medical ones. They are really supportive and I’m never made to feel like an over protective mumma, which I totally am! I can always get an appointment if urgent and/or they will follow up to see how things are going. Highly recommend. They’re great!

   We took our cats to another vet up the road for routine vaccines. The staff in that practice were reserved towards us, and behaved unprofessionally (kept us waiting for a while, when we could hear them gasbag in the back, roaring with laughter). We found that vet to have a tendency to mansplain and push for procedures. So we took our new pup to Forest Hill Vets for her second vaccination, and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was warm and treated us like friends. They reached out and made us feel so welcome. Vet Louise made our pup so at ease and answered our questions with patience and kindness. We’ve asked for our cats’ files to be transferred to the practice as well. Can’t recommend this practice enough.

   Just want to say we are so lucky to have this team looking after our family cat for the last 6 years, until her end. When our friend first introduced us to this practice, she jokingly said that if she's sick she'd rather come and see the vets here than her doctor. The expertise, clinical knowledge and patient centered care they offer is outstanding. We always felt procedures are done properly, explained thoroughly, and most importantly our family member is looked after. Thank you again , Dr Mark , Dr Bede , Brigitte and everyone! you are wonderful.
