“Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Decor is lovely and modern and furnishings very comfortable. The guest lounge area was also exceptionally clean with no grubby marks on the lounges or chairs ...unusual in common areas. The grounds were also well maintained with beautiful gardens and lovely seating areas. Neville and Sandra very friendly and welcoming and the couple of staff we came across were lovely and seemed very happy in their roles. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and we would highly recommend staying here. Don't bother looking anywhere else.”

Special mention for the spa, which is very pleasant with the sunset. My prescription is ready within minutes and they always take the time to answer any questions I might have. Highly recommend you go to Andersons if you’re wanting to skip the long wait times at bigger places like bargain chemist of chemist warehouse. Better service, friendly staff, and much shorter wait times. 12/10”

“Excellent facilities with each cat, or family cats, having their own personal space. I am happy booking my cat in whenever I am away knowing she is well looked after and isn’t left alone all day. The individual spaces all receive sunlight at some stage of the day, with room to retire to shade if required.”

“Our inter-city move with NZ Movers went exceptionally well. Couldn’t fault the work of this great crew led by J-L who was beyond spectacular in performance and was kind and patient and thoughtful to the end. It was a big day for us and the NZ Movers team of J-L and Josh who did truly amazing and committed work throughout the day with no let up in order to get our stuff all into the house in the one day. Josh also went out of his way to efficiently make sure everything that needed to be done was done well. Shane, the day labourer also deserves a positive mention for his noteworthy contribution to this successful day. We are very thankful to our team of 3 and by the end of the day everything had been moved to suitable rooms in the house. We highly, highly recommend NZ movers and especially JL in Dunedin for his strength, determination and kindness over a long day. GREAT JOB DONE. Excellent service. 5 stars well deserved from us! “These guys are really awesome, they've looked after all of our pets and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They are easily the best vet clinic we've ever been to.”

“Awesome team, compassionate and professional. They were able to see us on short notice even though they were fully booked. Our pet lamb had been banded improperly by the farmer (cryptorchid) and while trying to place another band the situation became an emergency. They were so calm and focused that we knew he was in good hands even when things got scary. They really understood how much he means to us, and treated him like the family member that he is. Thank you so much for getting Wally through today. Update: Despite unexpected/emergency nature of the surgery, and the mess they were dealing with, they did such an awesome job that our guy healed up perfectly. Unfortunately since we'd only given him his first dose of 5 in 1 (next dose due in a week) he contracted tetanus (not their fault at all, they provided us vaccine before we adopted him and we vaccinated the day we brought him home). The first dose is probably the reason he survive the night. We showed up unannounced before opening yesterday and were immediately taken in, then once tetanus looked likely we were directed to vetlife Oamaru where he could receive the care that he needed. Oamaru was expecting us, had his files, and was able to act quickly because Waikouaiti communicated so well with them. You gave Wally the best shot he could have had, showed him (and us) compassion twice when we showed up in crisis, and enabled our sweet boy to have the gentle end he deserved. Thank you.”

“Reminiscent of an old farm house back in the US, it is a very nice, homey place. A tad bit too old for my tastes with the occasional insect. The hosts, Geoff and Faye, were incredibly pleasant, wonderful, and helpful with recommending points of interest. The cooked breakfast and overall hospitality was second to none!”
