   Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, wont even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist attitude was like we were doing him a favour, infact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take out prescriptions there. It doesnot cost to smile and doesnot cost to come out have a word with customer instead of passing message back and forth via shop staff. Edit : I waited for the pharmacist but he was least interested. There were no other customers at all. Would you have said the same if it was a positive review that customer should talk to pharmacist instead of posting a positive review. Plenty of pharmacies in the area to choose from anyway. We thought we would support small business.

   I had a terrible experience with Lynnmall Pharmacy. I purchased two boxes of allergy medicine for my family, only to realize that I had bought too much. I came back to the pharmacy within 10 minutes to ask for a refund, but the staff refused to accept the return. Although the staff was friendly, they were unable to resolve the issue and only cited their store policy as the reason for the denial. I was shocked to learn that Lynnmall Pharmacy has such strict return policies. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
