   Dr Elango Subramaniam, you de sexed my girl Nizmo, less then 12 hours later she is dead, why do you operate and not provide after hours care? We had to drive to Hamilton for help, they said it was internal bleeding from the surgery you preformed.

   Wow we are so stoked with the Team.... if we could give 10 stars we would. We had our first visit wih our dog Emma for a nail clip who has been always scared to her bones at the vet and had to be put under sedation at the previous vet. The team took there time to make her comfortble with love and care and got it done even without any medication...... highly rcommanded

   One of my dogs started freaking out and made his vaccinations difficult... the CareVets team were able to come up with a plan for next time, which involved treating him in the reception area as he was comfortable there. We went from drama queen to no dramas at all :) The vet also took time with my slow-to-warm-up dog. He was quiet and gentle, taking the time to gain her trust. She's now very confident to go there! I really couldn't ask for better.
