“So nice to meet Hayley today when I took Earl to her for his first visit to The Gentle Groomer. The emphasis here has to be on the word gentle.Warm, caring and welcoming would be a few other words I would use when talking about Hayley. Earl has not had the best of experiences with groomers previously and being an anxious little one I was hoping to find somewhere and someone that could make his haircut day more enjoyable and less stressful for him. We hit that jackpot today. He looked wonderful when I collected him, loved the shaping around his face, eyes, and mouth particularly. Hayley’s policy of only ever one dog at a time also added to the calming experience that Earl had today. Thank you so much Hayley and Earl looks forward to seeing you again in December.”

“Sooty Sue is a smart and very stubborn dog. When she’s in the mood she is co-operative, when she’s not well …… you get the picture. She must always feel co-operative when she’s at Jolly Dogs for a groom! Not sure how they do this, but I’m a-taking it. I know this because her lack of co-operation has left her ears and groin and auxiliary areas clipped and bleeding, but it has NEVER happened a Jolly Dogs. We also like her to have a cut that reflects her dufus nature, and her Jolly Dogs Mohawk is perfect.”

“We noticed that the old groomers had gone and there was a new grooming and day care business set up (Pet House), so we decided to give it another go. We are SO glad we did!! The staff were absolutely lovely, super friendly and our dogs felt instantly at ease. Their grooms were great and they even managed to get their teeth cleaned and nails trimmed without issue! Plus they have some really cool dog clothes, and we love that the dogs can run around afterwards and aren’t kept in cages. We’ve booked them in for regular grooms through till Christmas!”
