   Ok this hotel is amazing. The staff are world class, friendly and helpful at every turn. We had several things we needed help with during our stay and they took care of us every time. We stayed in one of the lower tier suites and our friends had a standard king bed room, both rooms were great with awesome amenities. On site restaurants were great, breakfast options were delicious, you will want to try everything. The area the hotel is in, is also convenient walking distance to lots of shopping and food options. Whenever I come back to Auckland I will be staying at this hotel. Gorgeous rooms and great food are huge bonuses but the staff is what makes this place awesome and a great experience.

   We had a beyond fantastic honeymoon stay at Park Hyatt Auckland - we both agreed that our harbor view hotel room was the best room we’ve ever stayed in, ever. Amazing service - concierge / bell service, spa team, restaurant team, front desk team - wonderful breakfast, terrific views, restoring and relaxing spa service (the rainforest treatment was awesome and unique!). Was a great capper on an awesome AU/NZ honeymoon, and we hope to make it back sometime!

   I booked a room for one night at this hotel and had a pleasant stay. Check-in was quick and friendly. I was given a room on one of the upper floors with a good view of the marina and the city skyline. The room itself was spacious, and while I hadn't seen the design at any other Park Hyatt before, it was the usual unpretentious style this chain. I also used the pool and sauna facilities, and they were fine. However, the breakfast could have been more extensive, if it wouldn’t have been included, I wouldn't have booked it additionally. As already mentioned, I enjoyed my stay, even though there wasn't a real highlight that I could specifically write about.

   Wonderful hospitality property in convenient pacific location. Well appointed warm rooms and amazing amenities. Competent staff service with excellent support for old age customers. Pool, park, lobby, business room, entrance and restaurant area facilities are maintained to a Hyatt high standard. Delightful breakfast meals plan with fresh coffee. Any tourist friendly members are treated very well here. Great place to stay in the city. Highly recommended hotel brand see you again

   Exceptional stay for New Year’s Eve! We stayed in a Marina View King Room and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, separate toilet, and a walk-in wardrobe — very comfortable and well-designed. The view of the yachts and Sky Tower was stunning, especially during the New Year’s fireworks which we could watch right from our window! Facilities like the swimming pool and sauna were top-notch, with clean and well-equipped changing rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the breakfast situation at Onemata café — the service was a bit slow, leading to a long queue for the buffet, which felt out of place for a hotel of this level. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

   I haven't stayed at the hotel but have visited all the eateries and have been to the spa. Spa services, great, everything was beautiful, especially the amenities. Eateries, the food has never been enjoyable on all 4 occasions I've been here, but service amd ambience is always 5/5

   My mom and I went for a pamper day at the spa here. The staff are exceptional and catered very kindly towards us and made us feel extremely valued. From the valets to the spa staff, everyone was so welcoming. We had the best time and can't wait to return for another pamper session.

   Our family stayed with the fine folks at the Park Hyatt Auckland for more than a week during our first trip to New Zealand to see an epic match at Mt Smart Stadium between the host NZ All Blacks and SA Springboks. This hotel is superb. The beautifully appointed rooms were cleaned meticulously and regularly. The views were impressive. The spa services and hydrotherapy room were amazing. The food was incredible – they even provided a take away box one morning when we had an early morning tour. The concierge service was second-to-none. Shoutout to Mary, Ann, and May – each of whom, while exceptionally skilled at her work, was an even more exceptional person. We loved being around these Ladies.

   Fabulous hotel, we were here for a conference and it has been a delight! The room was amazing, spacious, luxurious and a gorgeous view. The food has been divine and of the highest quality. The conference ran so well and the staff and facilities were spot on. Highly recommend the Park Hyatt Auckland.

   This is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many hotels. I don’t always feel comfortable & “at home” in hotels but this one was different. I was actually sad to leave. It was so clean, spacious, beautiful, comfortable, etc. The service was so great and efficient. The staff was so kind & excellent. The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. They have set the standard for future hotel stays! Would 10/10 recommend.
