The hotel looks teally new. Our room is very nice. King bed, table and chairs and a lounge chair. The room is really clean with no smells. Coffee and tea and a few milks in the fridge!
Stayed here for a short stop near the airport and it worked out perfectly. The hotel is very close, check-in was quick even late at night, and the room was spotless and comfortable with a really good bed. Staff were friendly and helpful from arrival through breakfast. Morning buffet had both hot and cold options, which was a nice bonus. Great value for money and an easy place to rest before or after a flight.
Great hotel and friendly staff. You get a complimentary breakfast as well. Arrived super late due to a delayed flight a nd they even offered to arrange a really late checkout which I refused as I had plans but so nice of them to.ask. Quite and comfy. Clean bathrooms and bedding.
The customer service we received from the gentleman at check in and check out was outstanding - such an accommodating stay! The value also comes from the close proximity to the airport plus the included hot/cold breakfast which was excellent! Would definitely stay again if you need to be close to the airport (also check out Butterfly Creek if you need to kill a few hours before your flight).
I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel excellent value for money. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and even checked us in earlier than the usual 2pm time. The room was large, very clean, and the TV offered plenty of options. My only small feedback would be that the pillows were a bit firm for my liking. I slept well regardless, the shower was refreshing in the morning, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Overall, a great stay I would definitely return next time I’m in Auckland. Thank you!
While the room was large the bed was really hard. It was also extremely loud! You heard every guest in rooms around as well as those above. I had my ear plugs in and was still woken up multiple times. It clearly hasn't been built with any sound proofing. Be weary if you are wanting a good sleep before an early flight
We stayed at Manha for 6 nights last week while attending to important family commitments. Manha is being promoted as a 3.5 star, but the service we received were better than some of the 4.5/5 star hotels we have stayed at before. Daily breakfast, reliable WiFi, 24 hours reception and parking on-site were nice inclusions. Thanks to Humaid and his team for making our stay an enjoyable and pleasant experience.
No windows. Air Con very weak and not balanced. Walking distance to nothing. Lovely views of factories across the road. Just a place to sleep waiting for a flight.
Manha is OK for an emergency or quick overnight stay. This has only been open a couple of weeks so for now is very clean and tidy. Unfortunately this hotel has very much has been finished poorly and on the cheap with doors not closing properly and stickers on laminate finishing, paint already scuffing and lots of imperfections during building and finishing process which is a shame. You do not get a microwave in your room (I believe this is essential when staying somewhere) or enough milk or decent quality packet items (tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate all very basic) in your room to make any sort of decent tasting drink. It feels very much like walking into a hospital, there is no artwork or plants or personality. The buffet breakfast that others reviewers (have apparently raved about) lacks the very basics of what would be expected in a buffet breakfast in Aotearoa. No scrambled eggs or bacon and the poached eggs made where then placed on a very hot spicy bed of some sort of tomato mix, which made them inedible unless you love spice - we do not. (NOTE: it also did not have the lovely pastry's photographed in other reviews for our morning breakfast, so that's already stopped in two week) Nor where we offered or made a decent flat white or latte or tea (you can pay extra for this), instead it was packet everything - make it yourself (same as in your room), not a server in sight and not even a teaspoon when you needed it. We ran out of food, which we had to wait to be cooked and honestly I was so disappointed, not a proper buffet breakfast at all. I did feel safe as it was well lit, though you have to park around back and walk around to the front at night and front desk where exceptional with their help and care and friendly attitude, letting us in immediately (even at night) so 5 starts for the front office staff! Beds where comfy and was a good temperature inside. My honest opinion, I would rather pay a little bit more and get a lot more in terms of a beautiful experience, quality everywhere, and an amazing breakfast and outstanding accomodation such as Naumi which is just down the road.
I was fortunate enough to find this gem after being stranded at the airport at 02:00 due to flight delays. The staff(Jabu especially) were fabulous in accommodating me at this hour and made me feel very welcome by being extremely helpful and kind. Wish I could give 7 stars.
