They’ve been caring and offering excellent advice to my mum and dad for many years, so If you want personalised treatment from your pharmaceutical expert then support LOCAL rather than these big overseas based chemists. The West Harbour pharmacy offers free prescriptions for everbody so I urge you to support our local chemists or we’ll lose them.

   Wonderful service Put through an online order on Wednesday and received it first thing on Thursday morning. Between north and South Island Everything was well packaged and the item needed to be kept chilled, so it was delivered in a chilly bin with ice packs.    We ordered 4 items that were delivered so fast, but one item is not what we have ordered. We posted and emailed a complaint to them and they responded promptly by giving us a call, explained the situation/clarifying the confusion. It was frustrating for us because we didn't get the right item we were hoping to get from them, but because they are having similar problem with other pharmacies in getting the product in, they decided to refund to us what we paid for immediately. We appreciate their prompt service.
