   I had the most incredible experience at Animates Silverdale thanks to their fantastic team – especially Laura. She went above and beyond, staying with us the whole time as we tried different harnesses and walking accessories. Laura patiently explained each option, helped us test them out, and made sure we found the perfect fit for our dog. The whole experience was stress-free, informative, and genuinely enjoyable.    Come here for the dog wash while he compared to the other animates is clean and spacious. The options between shampoos and conditioners are nice, the scents are fragrant yet not overpowering. Only 4 stars because if there's someone else using the other one, the water pressure drops drastically and it takes much longer to wash your floof. Also think the water needs to be slightly warmer, especially in the cooler months. Staff are friendly, shop is always tidy and there's a great range for your floofy/feathery/finny companions.

   We recently moved in Silverdale and today is our first day pop in this store. We didn’t expect that staff in this store were super friendly and helpful. Liz answered my questions very patiently and I also saw her completing multiple tasks. She works very efficiently. We feel lucky that we can always meet such nice staff in animates silverdale.
