The one young lady at the fish and chips staton who had thick lash extensions with multiple nose piercings was extremely rude. We called her out for missing our orders and no, we were not being rude, we were asking her nicely for the correct amount of our chickens. But before she even checked on which orders that was missing or even letting us finish our concerns that was being addressed she said “ it’s all there !” pulling faces, eyes rolling and did not apologise. it was not even busy. There was only one customer waiting in line. This shows that she CAN NOT work well under pressure. Doesn’t have customer service skills whatsoever. Smile more, be friendly because you are working with people, apologies and admit when you make a mistake, pulling faces and eyes rolling when getting called out is UNNECESSARY and is UNACCEPTABLE in so many ways. Could say that this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
