“I have to preface this by saying that i had a really bad experience with someone who helps take the calls for The Doctors company itself but...... I was met with a phone call which i was highly disappointed with and whilst in a lot of pain was the last thing i wanted to deal with. I then went onto ask if i could speak to a nurse and was told because i have some outstanding fees that i would have to pay before i could talk to anyone at the practice....... Anyway While i waited for a nurse to call me back with all my faith in the health system in NZ lost i was met by 1 call from a nurse called Jill and another call from a nurse called Nicky from the Green Meadows practice. These 2 ladies were absolutely incredible and made me feel like they really cared about patients and the job they are passionate about. It made my day and completely restored my faith that there are people in this industry who still care and do there absolute best to help when you are sick or need medical advice. 5 Stars for Nicky & Jill thank you for your support!”

She was incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was thoroughly covered for me to establish my care — not just for myself, but for my whole family as well. “Everyone's experience with Moorhouse Medical is different I suppose and some people must be pretty upset when they write their review. My experience is simple. I could not get an appointment with my own GP for 7-days so the 2-hours I had to wait at Moorhouse Medical seems like 'nothing'. Yes, I was told over the phone that there was no body waiting...which must have change in the time it took me to drive there...but putting everything into context, I received great service.”

“After previous not so good experiences I think this led myself to assume this doctors office would be the same as others. I was very wrong, the receptionists take a lot of flack from us grumpy sick sore people. including myself- they do there best and what they can for us. They go above and beyond, if I ever need anything urgently, they do whatever they can to help, every time without fail. Peter Tompkins, Bridget holzinger, Dr saha are excellent doctors, always listen to what Im saying and always try find em a solution, as difficult as I can be, my response is from previous trauma but they are very understanding & very patient. Thankyou again.”

“*I only stayed 1 night!* For me, doesn't deserve the low reviews. Yes it's a little dirty but nothing crazy. For a cheap hostel, it's good. No, I didn't see any bedbugs in my bed and the sheets looked clean. Overall it's totally fine, like obviously not a nice hotel but who cares. Front desk staff were very friendly as well and tried to give me the lowest price possible. It is pretty loud though but that's because everyone is just having a good time and generally just being happy.”
