I honestly donβt understand how the reception staff here think this level of phone service is acceptable. You can be on hold for a very long time even when it states your βfirst in lineβ, only to finally get through to someone who sounds completely uninterested in helping. The attitude is consistently rude, dismissive, and makes you feel like youβre an inconvenience for simply trying to book an appointment or request a prescription. People call because theyβre unwell or dealing with something important β not for fun. The lack of empathy and basic professionalism is shocking. It genuinely makes you dread contacting the clinic at all. This kind of treatment shouldnβt be allowed in a healthcare setting, and the staff should be embarrassed by how they speak to patients.

A doctor got his nurse to make a telephone appointment with me after saying he would write a certificate when he received a medical report. He had the report, made telephone appointment with me and never kept the appointment. No phonecall no explanation why he needed to talk to me, no communication as to why he couldn't keep the appointment he had arranged. What's with this, all it would have taken is a text to say he would call me later.

Dreadful, Dreadful, Dreadful. I realize that the health system is under str ain, but there is no excuse for poor communication systems. Your phone system is appalling.

I have to preface this by saying that i had a really bad experience with someone who helps take the calls for The Doctors company itself but...... I was met with a phone call which i was highly disappointed with and whilst in a lot of pain was the last thing i wanted to deal with. I then went onto ask if i could speak to a nurse and was told because i have some outstanding fees that i would have to pay before i could talk to anyone at the practice....... Anyway While i waited for a nurse to call me back with all my faith in the health system in NZ lost i was met by 1 call from a nurse called Jill and another call from a nurse called Nicky from the Green Meadows practice. These 2 ladies were absolutely incredible and made me feel like they really cared about patients and the job they are passionate about. It made my day and completely restored my faith that there are people in this industry who still care and do there absolute best to help when you are sick or need medical advice. 5 Stars for Nicky & Jill thank you for your support!

This place is quite easygoing. Never too busy and wait times are usually minimal. Receptionists are polite. Unichem pharmacy on site is handy.

The nurses and doctors are amazing and do their best to within the constraints of a system under immense pressure. My son had his checks and immunisations here and the nurses in particular were so kind and supportive. Thank you for all your hard work we appreciate you!

I do have to agree with other reviews that the waiting times for a doctor or a nurse is unacceptable. And also trying to get an appointment is very hard to get when you want it, even if it is not an emergency. But going on manage my health is a good way of getting an appointment that the doctors rooms aren't able to get for you. Recently I had a good experience, the receptionist Sheree, who made an appointment for me with the nurse after seeing the doctor, could see that I had been sitting for another 40 minutes, investigated to see what the hold up was. She came back and explained that they were trying to make a room available. If more care, thought and consideration was made for patients like this, you would mind waiting a little bit. Thanks so much Sheree as I was feeling very unwell at the time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! I got to the doctors for my 15 Minutes appointment which the doctor was 10 minutes late for. She told me I had 5 minutes to discuss my issue then she has to see the next patient. I told her about two issues I had and she didn't even address the second issue. She was literally just shoo-ing me out of her office. I have called 8 times in two days to get my blood results and every time I get told she will call me back. Or there's a note for her to call me. I just called again and the receptionist didn't even put me on the list to be called this morning!! after having called 4 times the day before and twice today!!!! My dog's vet has better service for a pet then this place for PEOPLE !!!!! Appalling !!! Not to mention the sour look on the receptionists faces the whole time. And they less than friendly telephone service. You'd swear their faces would crack if they gave anyone a smile!!! I paid $50 for blood work and a 5 minute consultation ! If they want to charge premium prices they need to deliver a service that's not sub-par. 8 phone calls in and still no action from them!
