    inadequate front desk reception, Appointments are scheduled erroneously and Receptionists demeanour is far from ideal. Receptionists with expertise Needed! Phone wait is ridiculous, have notice when inside and calling the phone they don’t ring, when they do ring they are ignored.. Will be changing, as this is a recurrence thing, absolutely ridiculous, sort it out!

    I'd been happy with Drs at Tainui Hauora on Avalon for many years before TRR opened and Avalon closed. Keung became my doc.. I've always had high BP but for some reason he stopped my meds and would brush off the subject everytime I asked why! 4 years with him, I got sicker and ended up at ED with BP 177/114 and a damaged heart due to high BP! Finally found another doc and my heart is dicky now but my BP is under control. If you have kaumatua at TRR and something doesn't feel right with their treatment.. find them another doctor!

    No one answers the phns. Dont leave a message because they dont call you back. O have spent the last two days trying to get one of my regular daibetes kedications sent to the pharmacy ad the Dr forgot to add it to my script. I changed Doctors today. Just sick of the bad service.

    Always too busy to help. Never have I met a doctor there that can effectively do their job. Organized callbacks that never happen... failing to put me on waiting lists. Total lack of care for patient, or requests for records, or time sensitive issues. Clinical level incompetence, it's actually very impressive... If your passing through and have constipation they may be for you, however if you need treatment that isn't bullshit flavored and require a level of respect, this place will hilariously blow your expectations in all the wrong ways. They give out free fruit occasionally though... so one whole star.

    Very useless! The doctors there are great - the only reason I gave 2 stars - however their receptionists are absolutely shocking! They never answer their phones, so we've had to physically go there to book an appointment (and found 4 of them there all talking and laughing while the place was not busy at all). My wife had booked an appointment for today and due to their incompetence they had apparently forgotten to put the appointment through (so they had no spots available). Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend registering there

    Absolutely useless and should be investigated. Receptionist Leah lies and gaslights patients to justify her behavior. Stay away. They also never answer phone. Talk about patients infront of other patients. Don't follow up on test results. Weeks to get appointments.

    Would rate 0 if I could, you call 5 times they never answer, have always been dismissive and rude when I’m at the reception, doctor Jason total me to either toughen up or quit my job instead of prescribing the medication I needed or even giving a suggestion. This practice is a joke don’t go there

    Tried calling multiple times on multiple days. Either the call centre or no answer at all. Have left a message at the beginning of the week and no response since. Receptionists are always there when I go to the clinic, so I see no reason for them to not answer the phone.

    absolutely useless medical provider. never answer the phones. went in to make an appointment early may was told can be next month in june. doctors are stingy and will give the most minimal amount of treatment necessary to ensure that you lose hours of your life calling them back to make another appointment

    You can't complain about the service because there is none. No one answers the phone. Leave a message for a repeat script and have had to do this 3 times over a week. 4th time and the mail box is full. Finally get hold of a stuck up receptionist that couldn't care less. Still waiting a week for my medications and they wonder why you get brassed off. Seriously go somewhere else. Would not recommend.
