The service provided by the practice is absolutely efficient and personal. The Doctors and staff are kind, sympathetic and caring. Special mention of the staff handling the reception. They are the epitome of kindness. Caring and attentive. Always with a smile on their faces.
I have used this clinic a few times and you only find kindness and professionalism. All staff I've ever had contact with were absolutely amazing. Every time I got there, I wonder if I should change practices.
I've needed an emergency docs every couple of years or so, and have been here each time. From reception, through to nurses, to doctors they've been spot-on every time. I can't say enough good about them. One thing I do value above all else, is when medical people can adequately translate their knowledge/understanding into something I can grasp, and in a way where I properly understand my situation - these guys rate 10/10 on that

Dr. Diabla goes above and beyond every time, and Verona has been incredible, supporting me through one of my hardest times. Since I have enrolled here I have had nothing more than 2 star standard experience. Any time I call in for a phone consult, the receptionist will book me in for an in person consult to which I’d wait for a call, call in myself to find that my time had been cancelled. After the third time this has happened I called in the morning of to clarify it was an over the phone consult, the receptionist who had booked the previous consults would confirm the dr would call me, I’d sit around on my break and nothing… Call in to find yet again the dr was not informed it was a phone consult. I’ve had receptionists book me in for a time, text me a different time and the dr have me booked in for a time different from the two. I’ve been incorrectly charged and diagnosed for something/ provided medication, be tested for thus and have the tests come back negative a few days later. I really hate to complain. I never leave reviews but I have to share my experience, ive taken most of this on the chin but at this point it’s just ridiculous. Health, time and money is important to me and I hate to feel I cannot trust my local clinic.
Absolute worse COUPLE of experiences.. Decided to give them another chance as my daughter is very ill and I can’t afford an urgent care so went to my GP. Big mistake! I was a couple minutes late to my 10.15 appointment WITH MY SICK 1 YEAR OLD BABY AND THEY MADE US WAIT IN THE CAR FOR ONE HOUR THEN WE WERE CALLED INSIDE AND WAITED AN ADDITIONAL TWENTY MINUTES WHERE WE STILL WERE NOT SEEN!!! We walked out! I pray this provider gets shut down.
Highly recommended this Doctors practice. My normal Dr's practice (in Howick) were unable to see me for 2 days running even for a phone consult. I have covid & was very unwell. The Nurse here saw me in less than 15 minutes yesterday & the Doctor saw me immediately afterwards. She was thorough, professional, kind & caring. Diagnosed a secondary chest infection. Im so grateful these Doctors are willing to take "walk in" (or in my case drive-in) patients & for the great care. I wouldnt hesitate to return.
I visited the doctors ti rakau several times. They welcome walk-in patients with no GP registered. All the doctors I met were very professional and kind. I met Dr. Teresa when my daughter was having a cold, and the doctor gave us a prescription with proper medicines to help her recover quickly. When my daughter had to go through a blood test, not only did Dr. Teresa give us a follow-up call even though it was past her working hours, but she sent me the letters I needed. Thanks to the nurse Margaret for sending me the email. The nurse Shuvani was also so helpful that she gave me another follow-up call to check my daughter's condition. (Sorry if I got the wrong spelling on their names) I highly recommend this clinic. You might need to wait to see the nurse and doctor if you don't have an appointment, but I think we are lucky to have this clinic welcoming walk-in patients anytime and to be cared for by professional doctors and nurses.
