    My daughter was born just a few weeks ago, and I wanted to book an appointment for her 5-week vaccination. However, the clinic refused to book the appointment and insisted that pre-enrolment be completed first. I have already applied for my daughter’s passport and have received her birth certificate, but the clinic still required pre-enrolment before allowing us to schedule the vaccination. This caused unnecessary stress and delays, especially for such an important and time-sensitive medical appointment for a newborn.

    Dr Troy is an outstanding doctor. He is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely committed to patient wellbeing. He takes the time to really listen, explains things clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. He always goes the extra mile β€” even following up via text, which truly shows how much he cares. I always leave feeling reassured and well looked after. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

    I had an amazing experience with this physiotherapy clinic. The physio (Navneet) was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and tailored the treatment to my needs. I noticed significant improvement within a few sessions. I treated very well alot better than my last physiotherapy experience . Highly recommended for anyone needing quality physiotherapy care !

    I took my mother to see the doctor today, and she was attended to by a South African doctor. During the consultation, the doctor kept laughing about the number of medications my mother is taking. I found this behaviour to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. A doctor’s role is to treat patients with kindness and respect β€” not to make light of their medical conditions. People take medication because they have health issues, not by choice. This attitude was disappointing and unacceptable.

    Dr. Abdimalik Abdullah Hagi from grey street one is a very young but good experienced doctor. He took time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly.10/10 for his service. Unlike many doctors, he didn’t rush or ignore the symptoms, which we truly appreciated. However, when we received a text to come in and discuss the blood results, we saw another doctor as Dr. Hagi wasn’t available. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much discussed during that visit. Just refer some prescription meds. If it was that simple matter, it could have been shared through a text or call instead of charging a full appointment fee, especially those who has to travel.

    Not recommended to go on this place,I booked appointment in afternoon for my mother because she is sick but at evening time I received call from them that doctor Lakhminder will not see your mother because she is not well. That’s really strange. I will never go on this place.

    Trying to get through just to make an appt for over an hour formy daughter with a ear ache. Decided we will change doctors. Never get a diagnosis and the last appt the doctor threatened my daughter with a flu jab if she didn't start swallowing properly. She's 5! I've had 3 appts to figure out what is wrong with her. No diagnosis and no treatment or extensive check ups. So sad that cant Even get proper health care in my own country. The health care in NZ is so out of touch its horrible.

    I wish I read the reviews before enrolling. I have one 1 Dr appointment and have seen a nurse twice. Dr Yee was fine, however both nurses appointments were terrible. One I had to wait 30 minutes, then when I was seen they insisted they contact my previous doctor as they didn't believe what I was saying. This increased my appointment time to over an hour, I had to go back to the waiting area while they spoke to them and continued the appointment with no apology. There was also student nurses in the room and this made me uncomfortable, I was never asked if it was okay that they sit in. My most recent appointment was awful, I had an AM appointment and was asked to come back in the afternoon instead because I wasnt provided the information regarding what I needed to bring. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this centre and will not be returning.

    Had one appointment with the nurses and then changed to another clinic… two simple procedures shouldn’t take 1 hour 40 minutes… especially not with a 3 month old. Also not breastfeeding friendly as I was told to go and feed my baby in my car, although he was meant to wait 15 minutes after his vaccinations to make sure he was ok. There’s a lot more I can write, but I’m hoping it was all a once-off and others won’t have the same experience :/

    Would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic. The receptionist are rude and out of touch with reality. Doesn’t know how to talk, no sense or any awareness of Code of Conducts or any Cultural safety. The previous receptionist were nice, the new ones are out of touch. People need to feel welcome not to be ignored with rude behaviour. They don’t even answer the phone on time! The only saving grace for this place is Dr Yee. Request to Dr Singh to hire at least friendly and caring receptionist. The one who understand cultural safety for health consumers.
