Pretty rubbish to be honest. Complicated check in process had to speak to a lady because the instructions were not very clear. On arrival another group also were super confused. The rooms are decent but the grounds are quite noisy even with modern furnishings this place isnβt really worth much.

walked in, strong smell of mold, looked at curtains and windows, covered in mold, pillows, covered in blood stains, every bed mattress had about 40 % covered in stains,oven and microwave, filthy! requested a refund as we decided not to stay and had to find other accommodation having to pay double as it was last minute, no response at all! absolute disgusting !

Place is Rank rooms are horrible. Had to pay a $100 bond which I paid in cash. I couldnβt check out early because I had to wait for office to open at 9am. Called staff to check out early she refused even tho she lives on site. Terrible customer service. Do not stay here.

This place is DISGUSTINGLY BAD. We were told at check in we had to pay $100 bond before we could even view the room. I said I would on the proviso I would get an invoice showing the refundable bond. I also stated I would take pictures of the room as we entered and when we left to ensure the bond would be repaid. The receptionist looked less than pleased but complied with my wishes. On entering the room it stank of mould and goodness knows what else. The plates and cutlery looked like they hadn't been washed but rather wiped "clean". The TV didn't work. The shower was filthy. The carpet was a piece that didnt fully cover the floor. 7 days later the bond still wasn't refunded. After an initial phone call I was told I would be called back on my number. All subsequent phone calls were sent to voice-mail. It took me calling from a different phone number and a seriously aggressive conversation before they eventually returned the bond. This company owns multiple motels in the area and the reviews on all of them are atrocious. Wellington doesn't deserve to have people like this ruining tourism in their city.

I don't think 1 star is even deserving. The room was disgusting, place looks run down and not very inviting When we arrived, we were told to check in at another motel, upon arriving there were issues. We were given a key and upon entering the room, it was a totally different room then what we had chosen on site, the room smelt musty cold, dirty, used cotton buds on the floor and rubbish on the bed. We went back to reception and told them the situation. It wasn't until they said we have another room which was the original room we had chosen. They said it would be a 30 minute wait as it needed to be clean. We waited for the room to be cleaned. That room was also disgusting too. Never again Wouldn't recommend! Worse place I've ever stayed at!

Quiet room away from traffic BUT definitely not clean. Floors were stained Wash basin needed cleaning 1 cup wasn't washed Toilet seat was broken Slow to flush or had to repeat a few times Light in toilet didn't work Curtain hooks missing No reception on TV Slow internet I complained at reception the next morning & was told I should have called their emergency number who would have allocated another room but when I checked in, I was told this was the last room I will definitely avoid this place in future, which is a shame because I have stayed at their neighbouring sister motels in the past & had no issues Thanks

Save your time and money.. Room was not clean, rubbish behind draws, spiders and cobwebs like it hadn't been dusted. Stated there was sky but no sky channels were available. They came in to clean our room whilst we weren't there and our things were touched.. And my half a can of Pringles were gone (don't touch my chippies) Piece of advice maybe have the "service room" or "Do Not service room" signs.

Tv didn't work. No hot water got moved to another unit. No underlay on the bed. Hot tap upstairs once turned on doesnt turn off. Sticky dirty floors No heating definitely the worst we have stayed ieayover priced should be used as a homeless shelter

The room has an ant infestation under kitchen sink. Rubbish had not be cleared from previous tenant. Room stank and hot tap didn't work in bathroom. Couldn't get hold of management until next day. Be aware some goggle 5/5 ratings are false . Terrible place and really poor condition.

We had booked at dupont motel just to be told they have given us a room at midway which was the motel next door. When we arrived to our unit it was absolutely disgusting floor wasn't vacuumed, windows had mould, TV remote was missing, no air conditioning, dust on table, grime all around the shower, rubbish outside and TV cord couldn't fit into the power point!! They also had the check to tell us to wash our towels that the motel supplies.. We pay $236 a night to sleep in this dump site we'd expect something nicer for that price not a dump!! And everyday we've complained about and they still don't do anything about it absolutely useless and greedy!!!!!!!!!
