Booked this dive a year ago for Coldplay. Arrived for our stay and it no longer exists - knocked down and now an empty lot. Booked through Wotif and they are unwilling to give a refund. I would think carefully about using Wotif in the future as it seems they have no way of covering customers in this situation. On the bright side, the concert was amazing...

Upon arrival I was given my key at the reception which was nice and easy check in. However as we drove to our room, I noticed the 3+ old mattresses to the right of our room, ripped up and dumped in the corner. There was rubbish on the ground and the massive bin outside our room with the lid open. I went in the room with my 2 children and was blown away by the smell. My 8 year old kept saying the room smelt like rat pee. I noticed all the grime caked in the walls and the bench tops. There was 3 incense set up around the room trying to mask the smell... the TV hanging on the wall doesn't even reach the PowerPoint on the opposite side of the wall. There were cardboard air fresheners that you hang on your rear view car mirror on the floor all around the room. And don't even bother trying to look out the window, all that's there is toilet paper, cigarette butts, lots of rubbish and a shed that looks to be a other dumping ground for broken junk and more rubbish. I would highly recommend not wasting your money to stay here as I definitely won't make that mistake again. We left at 6am

Looks NOTHING like it shows on internet...disgraceful room. Head board all chipped with paint missing...room fresheners all over the room and bathroom, I counted 5 in small area. Room was paid for 3 weeks prior so plenty of time to put us in better choice. TV on wall but cord did not reach to outlet!! I had to lift the TV down and prop up on table. Big draft between door and wall so all I heard all night was weather and road...but weather was clear! Possibly wind. Curtains did not fully cover window so anyone could look in!! Non smoking room but loose tobacco in side table and 1 ear plug!! Room clearly states all rooms are sanitised daily...what a joke. Floor on side of bed smelt like rotten mice and it had 2 air fresheners laying over the area...OH MY GOD! What a DUMP!!

When we walked into our first room inside the microwave was a half eaten kfc tray and in the fridge/freezer there was a container of coleslaw. The bathroom was old and dusty/dirty, and so were the inside of the drawers, absolutely disgusting. We did end up changing rooms, in the next room there were only two towels, there were three of us staying in one room. Outside of our room there was a fridge and a TV, they were being drenched in the rain for about 2 days. And the courtyard was over filled with rubbish.

Worst motel experience my family and I have ever had.
The fridge /freezer was leaking and left a puddle.
The bath /shower had left over soap and hair from the guests.
Rats chewed through the wall under the bathroom sink and began eating through the toilet paper we'd put under there.
There were knobs missing from all drawers and the insides were dusty, dirty and had hair in them.
The back courtyard was heavily littered with old trolleys and furniture.
The WiFi connection was very poor, it would constantly drop off and at one stage it was down for almost a week.
This place was absolutely disgusting! Rip off! If you have other options then please, take them!

The room was very tired and dated. There were huge cockroaches in the bathroom. The outside courtyard was a disgrace. However, clean sheets and the shower was great pressure. The carpet was very worn with some holes and there were no handles on cupboards in the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom was shocking. The TV control was cellotaped up and we could not work the volume on it. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Asked if we could check in later or have a key left for us as we were flying in late and we’re told that we could not be checked in without photo ID and the credit card I paid with. After suggesting just sending through my photo ID and sorting out the rest later as we had no where else to stay I was told there was nothing else they could do. Later I received a phone call from another employee saying that they could do late check in and they would leave a key and I could check in in the morning. When I went to check in in the morning they didn’t ask for photo ID or the credit card I paid with either. Great right, Nope. Walking into the room it looked run down smelled strongly of paint walked into the bathroom mould all through the shower and on the shower head and left over used soap from the person before. The bins had not been changed the microwave was dirty and there was some small black stains on the pillow cases. I would avoid this place 100%. Poor customer service and poor cleanliness. This place isn't worth the price and they don’t do refunds either. An honest waste of $700.

Service was bad, we BOOKED for 7 were given two rooms, beds for 6, all up towels for 4, cutlery for 6 (if we combined what we had over both rooms), our bed had a leg missing too.
When i went to the desk to ask for more towels the owner got real snarky saying we "had too many people" until i informed her she had taken the booking.
The star they recieve is from the cleaning staff were awesome and friendly

Absolutely appalling!! When we arrived our room had not been cleaned. Someone had slept in one of the beds and rubbish on the floor. After notifying reception they then proceeded to move us to another room which had been cleaned but was still in poor condition. No heating is provided and the blankets may aswell have been sheets. The rooms desplayed on the website, were nothing compared to the rooms we received. After receiving two rooms which were very unsatisfactory, we decided to get other accommodation. We were refunded but still had to pay $100 cancellation fee. I feel like we have just been robbed. Will not return!!!
