   I would like to share my concern regarding my recent interactions with your receptionist, Michela. Unfortunately, I found her communication quite rude and unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve spoken with her to book an appointment, and on all two occasions I had the same experience. My husband also had a similar experience with her. The way she speaks comes across as very inappropriate and not suitable for someone in a front desk or reception role. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service and communication at your front desk.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) We had a wonderful experience getting our baby Jiyana vaccinated at Hutt City Health Centre. The nurses ( specially manisha) were calm, gentle, and reassuring, which made a big difference for both baby and parents. Everything was explained clearly, the process was smooth and on time, and the staff made us feel genuinely cared for.    Worst practice, there never seems to be appointments and if you've coughed you can't be seen, it's just pathetic, I've been trying to get my son seen for 3 months now, I give up, after hours works 10x better

   Practice is actually a franchise with many operating within wellington region they care about monetary gain before patients wellbeing They administered the flu jab on someone I care about when she was only there for depo all the nurse said was sorry. That's scary lucky it wasn't another drug it could of been deadly This doctors clinic is outrageous putting patients at risk also declining medicine that was approved by mental health on several occasions They discriminate against cigarette smokers and much more definitely not professional or the people you want managing your health I wrote this review out of concern for others safety and everything stated above is the full truth. My intensions are certainly not malicious And I'm within my full legal right to disclose this information to the public. Thankyou for taking the time to read this Regards Jordan

   Just un registered because appointments are 2 to 3 weeks away. That's terrible, most patients could be in a serious conditions that need expert advice. Not good enough Hutt city healthcare they also just flog you off so they can get more patients, the doctors don't want to do all the paperwork.

   They have effectively overcharged me for a simple prescription request, and I'm getting no response from them. You'll never see the same Doctor twice; This practice is a placeholder for Doctor's who have just flown in.

   I initially gave a long review detailing the challenges I've regularly faced with this practice, aswell as some of the good things and a bunch of vague solutions that may help. But at the end of the day, I think if they improved on their people skills/communication skills, that would go a long way.
