   I have always been able to get an appointment easily and on the same day if it's an emergency. Dr. Oliver Allfree and Dr. Shelley Lichter have given me outstanding dedicated medical care for over 2 years. I have been very impressed with the surgery and would definitely recommend it.

   I have been a patient at The Doctors Fred Thomas since it opened. There have been a lot of improvements in the last 2 years and one of these is the emergency clinic which allows you to have an appointment when needed. I am away for work a lot and sometimes only have a day to see a Dr and this clinic allows me to see a Dr when I need to. I am very happy with the healthcare I receive and particularly the follow up and reminders. Earlier this year I was very well looked after by the team when I had an anaphylactic episode where the team saved my life. Many thanks to the Team at The Doctors Fred Thomas.

   Massive issue with staff retention, GP staff come and go so frequently you will never really have a dedicated "GP". Reception is most of the time uncontactable via phone. Appointments run late, normally 15-30min. Not once has an appointment been called on time, but when i arrived for one 3 minutes late on one occasion despite the GP still being with the previous patient, i was turned away, most likely being used as a tool to recover their over booked / delayed schedule. It's not all doom and gloom, reception in person is friendly and accommodating, and the GP's don't appear to rush through the appointment, and the facility is new, modern and well equipped. Plenty of potential just seems to be systemic management issues.

   I had a lovely visit with Claire yesterday, she was so helpful and understanding and gave me lots of useful information to help. She even took the extra time and went the extra mile and got me in with her partner Linda for extra support. I am so thankful for the team at the Doctors Fred Thomas, everyone is amazing

   I would like to share my thanks to all the staff at The Doctors Fred Thomas. I have been with them as a patient for some years & have always been satisfied with the service I have received. From my Doctor down to the Nursing Staff & Receptionists have always been outstanding. I recently damaged my leg & for 4 weeks had to go almost every day to have it dressed by the nursing staff. I can’t give them enough praise as they were so intelligent & very caring. If you are looking for a change in your medical help I cannot praise them highly enough. Laurel Vance

   literally the worst GP i have ever been to. you wait atleast an hour every time to see the doctor - receptionists are extremely rude. don’t know how this clinic is still up and running - have now moved to st heliers and receive MUCH BETTER service

   Went in to get repeat prescription. Was in the for 3 min. Cost me $73 to see doctor. Apparently sent prescription to the chemist. Went there to pick up not there, issue with something it will be there in afternoon, we my back didn't go again. Came back an hour later went through but to a different chemist so now have to drive another 15 min to get prescription. Will change doctors

   When I was looking to find a clinic for my newborn baby in 2021, I was reluctant to register here after reading the reviews here. But our experience was far different. From the beginning, we treated very well, the staffs including doctors, nurses and receptionists were super helpful and very friendly and I really feel they all care about us. If they are very busy, they always try their best to find the next available doctor to visit my daughter. Going to this clinic is one of my daughter's favorite place despite she goes there when she is sick, or for immunizations. I highly recommend this clinic and its amazing doctors.

   The worst doctor's practice I have ever been a part of. They have absolutely no regard for your time. I sat at reception for an hour waiting for my appointment and when the doctor finally arrived I didn't even get a "sorry for making you wait". The receptionist then went on to tell me that the doctors don't go by a schedule even though I had a specific appointment that was booked weeks prior... Moved and will never be going back.

   Doctors there are great, however the reception staff are arrogant and keep making mistakes. It seems some of them know little about using their IT systems. I had painful and annoying experience when I registered with them, when I would like my doctor to fill a form for me where I had to send the form to the reception in email.
