“I gone to Hill med clinics after suffering from sinusitis for one and half months. I been to some other clinics in christchurch before that and the response from the doctors overthere were awful.They neither had the patience to listen to the patient nor proper diagnostic skills. Fortunately , I got a chance to meet Dr. Catherine Thomas in the Hillmed Clinics. She was absolutely stellar. She listened to my problems and studied about my medical history. Her diagnosis was spot on and she discussed with me about condition and treatment plans which worked out well for me. To put in right words, it was that kind of treatment exactly what a patient expects when going to meet a doctor. A good doctor should be kind enough to listen to her patient and must be able to create a statergic plan discussing with patient which I found in Dr. Catherine Thomas. I highly recommend her for all those who are still in search for a good doctor in Christchurch.”

He was so appreciative of this gesture, he was able to call AA and have the car sorted quick smart. He had used the phone a tad longer than expected however the time used was of no issue to them. “Visited for an ultrasound of my foot and was a bit nervous, but I had a totally fine experience! Everyone I saw was helpful and they seem to offer the lowest ACC surcharge in the city (it varies depending on where you go) so I’d happily visit again if needed.”

“I like this pharmacy as it’s in the mall so it’s open until 9 on Thursdays which is super convenient. The staff are really efficient, helpful and friendly. More often than not, they have stuff that other pharmacies don’t and also a wide range of makeup and perfumes that are out of stock in other stores. Have collected most of my meds from this pharmacy and never had any issues and also receive text msg notifications that my script is ready for pick up. Nice work team!”

The Victoria Clinic was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The Doctor..Gus...who removed the packing was excellent ,kind , efficient, professional, gentle, understanding. The NHS in UK could pick up several tips on how to effectively and efficiently run the urgent care (A&E). department. Thanks very much everyone.”
