   I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Tend Medical and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the cheerful and polite receptionist who patiently answered all my questions with a smile. Dr. Jacqueline is one of the kindest and most professional doctors I have ever met. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my medical examination. Her gentle and compassionate approach made the experience pleasant and I could tell that he genuinely cares about his patients.What impressed me the most was their efficiency and professionalism. I expected to wait several days for my medical results, but to my surprise I received my medical copy for immigration in just ONE DAY! Not only that but they had already sent the results directly to immigration. The speed and accuracy of their service exceeded all my expectations.If you’re looking for a highly professional, well-organized and friendly medical center Tend Hagley Medical is the place to go. Their exceptional customer service, quick processing time and top notch medical care truly set them apart. I’m beyond grateful for such a smooth experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical services.    Last year when I booked for Australian visa medical, I was booked by them for 27th dec which is a time they are closed. I was not informed about it, later when I called them in December to confirm they replied they'll be closed in december and have the next available appointment in late Jan, 25. This furthur delayed my immigration process. Improper communication and no value for patient's time.

   The receptionists have always been incredibly helpful but since it has become Tend Health you cannot get through. It constantly says 'one of the team will be with you shortly', then no one answers the call. Thankfully this has now been rectified and you can get through quickly. Had great prompt service from the practice manager who sorted an issue proactively, really appreciated.

   First time using TEND. Firstly love the speed, let’s both get this over with. Secondly Dr Kantor sorting me out and my immigration bits too. Incredibly helpful. A positive experience that would make me use TEND again!

   It is EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with this practise about anything that’s not a standard/ routine question. If you need information they will always promise to call you back or pass you over to the nurses, but they don’t. After multiple days of multiple calls to ask one (very simple!) question, I’ve given up and called another doctor to enroll with them instead. I also have always had to wait an extra 15-35 minutes for my appointment

   Finally given up on this practice after 16 + years. Doctors are mostly dismissive and at times dangerously negligent. I would particularly avoid Dr Ozimick and Siu Siu. Worst of the worst.

   Very good surgery. Although Sonya the receptionist can come across a bit cold at first, she is actually super nice, as are all the other ladies. I don't rate the nurses here quite as much as some other practices, skillwise, but Dr Siew Siew Chua is a wonderful female doctor who makes you feel at ease with any issues (ladies, I'm talking to you). Dr Mick Ozimek has quite a blunt and unemotional bedside manner (which may be good for some people but offputting for others) but he is very experienced and a very, very comptent GP who I would also highly recommend. I have also had good experiences with Dr Tim Wilson and with Dr Jacqui Laney. It's a great clinic where they can almost always fit you in on the same day with someone. Easy referral to the Nurses and Physios, and there is a Pharmacy right next door. There is always parking (with extra out the back), and I know a number of people who continue to attend here, despite moving further away, as do I.

   Left a voicemail for a repeat prescription per their policy. Followed up the next day as it hadn't been sent to my pharmacy and the nurse scolded me for not being more organised and made it out to be my fault they hadn't done their job. Made me feel ashamed to need the medication. Spoke to the manager who defended the nurse and took her side. Said nothing could be done. Strongly suggest ANY other doctors clinic. This practice still doesn't integrate with manage my health either.

   Nice place！ friendly nurses and all staff in here. I did my general medical examination for NZ visa. Well, a little small but very nice clinic! I made a calling appointment in the morning, and then I did this test in the afternoon, so fast and effective. Thanks!
