Nice staff but we expected to wait 1 1/2 hours but we have taken 3 hours to see a doctor because my son has a fractured fist, but staff are very nice and helpful, and I understand that it’s the holidays and it is busy, come here if you want to wait a shorter time than going to the hospital

I wouldn't even give them 1 if i could!!!! Their prices are outrageous and as far as I am concerned they are taking advantage of the vulnerable to line their own pockets!! I went to the docter for$150 he got it wrong. He said if the medication didn't work to ring and he would give me another perscription..I rang twice over two days with no-one getting back to me. Went back in, waiting 4hrs only to be told I had to pay again!!!! I refused to! Then to be told to go to the hospital then!!!!!...like everyone else I'm trying to not overload the hospital..The receptionist was rude, nurses great, docters great!

I’m really impressed with the service here currently. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the wait was minimal and the care and efficiency of all health professionals was excellent. Special mention to the Receptionist and the Radiographer who were absolutely fantastic at their jobs. Keep up the great work team!!

I visited the clinic on 18/10 shortly after being discharged from the hospital for a prescription renewal and medical advice. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, efficient, and clear about the expected wait times (it’s worth calling ahead for an estimate). I was seen by Dr. Rose, who was outstanding. She was professional, compassionate, and thorough in addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, my follow-up visit two days later was not as positive. I was seen by Dr. Alice, whose approach I found unprofessional and dismissive. I also felt unfairly treated during the consultation. I subsequently sought a second opinion from another GP at a different A&E clinic, where I received the appropriate care and medication that had previously been declined. Overall, my experience with the clinic has been mixed—excellent service from the reception team and Dr. Rose, but disappointing professionalism from Dr. Alice.

I researched a dr in Tauranga as I am from out of town. Im so glad I read reviews first before visiting. This clinic really needs to improve how they deliver services in so many areas. It sounds horrible. Therefore, I will not be using them. Have they heard of the NZ Code of rights? You can also go online to make official complaints. This should steer them in the right direction. They must do better!

Extremely happy with our service tonight. We turned up 30minutes before closing time and it was no problem. The ladies at the desk were lovely, the nurse who triaged us was awesome and Dr Tim was great. Thank you all so very much for your help with our baby.

We just didnt have a choice because my nan’s GP is in wellington. But if we did, i wouldn’t hav taken my nan here to get a prescription. We left the doctors more confused and worried. We were just after an additional prescription and then $150 dollars and almost 4 hours later, we found out my nan has a kidney problem and then the doctor took it back like there cud be or she was just dehydrated that time.. etc. she wud ask a question and not really bother much about the answer. Example was when she asked, “has she had her blood test done recently?” and i answered “yes she did around about 4 weeks ago for her immigration requirement at the doctors in town”. And she answered without me finishing my statement, “we don’t do immigration requirement here!” and then she asked about medical prescription and i asked back to confirm the brand if it was serc as i was familiar with the brand, she answered me straight-away, “i dont know” so sad i dunno where else i can get another prescription for my nan. Somewhere where we pay $150 and explain and really assess her. :(

I was in @ 2nd Ave yesterday with my daughter. It was extremely busy & we waited 5 hours, but I cannot fault the staff at all, in fact I commend you, none of you lost your cool when harassed by very rude patients. We were kept entertained & fed by the hilarious Lisa, who clearly loves her job & could be a stand up comedian if she wanted. We appreciate you all. Keep up the good work team.

While receiving an IV earlier this week, I was looked after by two of the most kind-hearted, empathetic, and friendly nurses I have ever encountered. They made my experience in A&E not only comfortable, but actually enjoyable. I felt like I was in good hands, as they were both super accommodating and caring. I forget the names of these nurses; but one was blonde in her early 50s, and the other was brunette (her name may have been Sarah). I can’t thank them enough. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

This clinic should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of immigrants. Charging $170 each purely because we are not NZ citizens even though our medication is chronic. I Would feel safer around snakes than in this center.
