“I live near Taradale Medical, so I am registered with them and have been for over 10 years. I find the service excellent. If I need to get in urgently I usually can, the staff are polite, caring, patient and friendly. I have Dr Michael Koch who is amazing. I use their online portal and he has even responded over a weekend when it has been urgent. Recently I saw an elderly lady bring in baking for a Dr there. I would highly recommend this service and the staff.”

“I've (unfortunately) had to go twice in 3 days so have been in when busy, and in when it's quiet and every time both myself and my whanau have been treated with the most incredible kindness and dignity, even before we got into the building - security saw we had a collapse on our hands and offered to help us with a wheelchair & showed us closer parking options, through to reception being concise and helpful along with everything the medical team did.
