   Very disappointed. We confirmed via text that our 1-year-old daughter’s first dental check-up was scheduled for Saturday morning. We got the whole family ready and traveled with a crying baby — only to find the clinic completely closed. No call, no message. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of our time.

   We had bad experience with this clinic. Lakh of professionalism from the doctors. Doctor is in a rush to see my toddler. She deals rough and toddler reluctant to continue test. Not gave enough time to settle him. They just ignored him and ask to come again.

   I took my 13-month old daughter to the dentist here yesterday at 3pm. Before going, I read the Google reviews and many patients said that Anna at the receiption was rude. But when I went to the clinic and met Anna in person, I knew the reviews were misleading. Anna greeted us very gently and kindly with a very warm smile. When she saw me holding my daughter and needing to fill out a form, she was very attentive to ask if I needed help. When we left, she came over to say goodbye and my daughter even blew her a kiss, proving that she liked her, too. I rarely leave reviews but I thought I needed to say something for Anna. She is truly a very nice lady.

   Anna from Botany Downs adult and Adolescent Dental Clinic was excellent. I had 1 daughter booked but she helped me secure all my children (3) at the same time another day. I highly recommend talking to her

   The receptionist or person who answered the phone was rude and not a peoples person. Would never recommend people coming here. I'd rather pay than book through this clinic. She ended up hanging up on me without answering my query.

   This is the worst dental clinic. The staff is so rude and the kid-specialist dentist who my sister went to get a check up from behaved like they cheated on their exams for being a dentist. They do not treat children softly either they were so arrogant and did not even do the treatment for my sister's teeth.If I could give 0 stars to this place then I wouldve. Dont recommend

   The receptionist (Anna?) is in the wrong job. Rude and disrespectful beyond belief. The previous reviews are totally accurate. She needs to be stopped, as kids are the ones witnessing this kind of disgusting behaviour from a grown adult.

   The receptionist responded with complete silence when I called to book an appointment, and when I inquired if she required the details of my child, she replied in the most condescending manner: "Well that would be helpful." This is the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. She is also either very unknowledgeable or completely condescending, or even both, because every time I questioned her, she would give me short, one- or two-word responses that obviously did not address my inquiries. Obviously, I wouldn’t know what the dentists are like because I wasn’t able to book in my appointment thanks to the receptionist who told me to contact a different dental clinic. Even my 4-year-old has better manners. It's almost as though they just grabbed a random person off the street and hired them because clearly, they do not have any standards for their employees.

   The staff are all very nice and kind. They took enough time to check with my two kids 4.5 and 3 years old boy. Very patient and very gentle. Check very clear. My two kids had very good experience and I believe they are happy to come to see they next year.
