   We have been visiting this facility for the last 15 yrs since Dr Gabriel’s era. Since he left, several doctors filled in but we found the present doctor, Dr Brian Lucey, the most helpful out of them all. He is kind, pleasant and delivers the best treatment options to patients. The nurse Jincy is an asset to the practice as she reaches out whenever there is a need to communicate about blood results etc. Since Dr Gabriel left we haven’t had much luck in having good doctors and nurses in this facility but hope that Dr Brian Lucey and the nurse Jincy will stay here for a longer period of time. The doctors app has been very useful too for us to check our blood results and also request repeat medications etc. Deepthi Jayasinghe

   I’m extremely disappointed with how this clinic has changed. Ever since Dr. Gabriel left, the quality of care has gone downhill completely. The new doctors are rude, dismissive, and seem more focused on billing than actually helping patients. I was charged ridiculous fees for very short visits, including unnecessary charges just to get a prescription. I was even told I had to book a full appointment just so they could charge for it, even though it wasn’t needed. My calls were ignored, and the receptionists were incredibly rude and unhelpful. This clinic, which used to be run by Dr. Gabriel, was so much better. Now, under these new doctors, it feels like nothing more than a money grab. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

   Currently with these doctors - USELESS. Doctor is lovely, reception SUCKS. Pick up the phone!! I have my daughter who's only 3 enrolled here, there's been a few times where I've needed to urgently speak to someone or book an appointment and I can never get through. So have ended up at A&E. Right now is one of those times. I've left multiple messages, no call back or response. So unprofessional.

   I had an extremely frustrating experience with this doctor's practice. I cancelled my appointment the day before, but the receptionist still went ahead and cancelled my appointment in front of me. Despite this, I was still charged a $15 fee. To make matters worse, every three months, they continue to add another $15 charge to my account without my consent. Now, they're threatening to involve BayCorp over these charges, even though I've never agreed to or authorized these ongoing fees. It’s clear that they don’t care about their patients and are only interested in scamming them. On top of that, their staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this practice if you value transparency, professionalism, and fair treatment. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare
