“The worst place we have ever been to. Not a friendly place to walk into. Very unfriendly place very dull place.The reception was most un helpful. We ended up walking out, until we talked to the hospital that sent us there. We went back and had wait for hour an quarter. Not impressed with horizon Northcote.”

With so many aisles dedicated to different body parts and different types of medications, it felt a little overwhelming at first. But the moment I asked for help, one of the staff members guided me with complete patience and professionalism. He explained how to read the product sections clearly and even walked with me to find every item I needed. His assistance made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. “My family and I drove here from out of town after a horrendous experience with a terrible, arrogant pharmacist and we are so glad we came here! Not only are the products affordable but the pharmacist who helped us was so lovely and helpful (unlike the one that was so arrogant in the town some 180km away). The pharmacist was so patient and spent so much time helping us even though she seemed quite busy, I think she was the manager but she took us to look at multiple options and explained them all so we could pick the right product Also feeling so so sorry for what they have to deal with. While we were there some horrible man was yelling at the staff blaming them for something that sounded very much like the guys own fault. And based on the reviews too. Some people really just dont understand how things work. Of course ID's have to be physical, anyone can present a digital/photo of one...thought this was common sense. Another one...it can't really be their fault if they havent got your prescription, it's your own responsibility to follow that up, how rude to expect them to do it for you. Also most companies who hire guards/bouncers source them through other companies so how is it the pharmacy's fault who they get as a guard? Shouldn't complain via a review about a guard but to the company the guard works for probably Honestly many of the people complaining about being treated like they're dumb do sound dumb... Give this pharmacy's staff a raise especially with all the idiots they seem to have to deal with yet they still provide great service. We will definitely be back and will recommend them to others”

“Thank you for your new walk in service and for prioritizing same day appointments for sick children. I was able to come in recently and get my daughter seen too, diagnosed and out within less than an hour (granted the speed could have been a lucky day!) Being the parent of a child with some extra support needs, going to the Drs can often be a very stressful event (for us both!) so the shorter wait time was welcomed. I also sincerely appreciate the fact I didn't have to go to the other local walk in provider and pay $100 to get my daughter seen by a Dr. Keep up the good work, it is appreciated!”
