   My daughter was born just a few weeks ago, and I wanted to book an appointment for her 5-week vaccination. However, the clinic refused to book the appointment and insisted that pre-enrolment be completed first. I have already applied for my daughter’s passport and have received her birth certificate, but the clinic still required pre-enrolment before allowing us to schedule the vaccination. This caused unnecessary stress and delays, especially for such an important and time-sensitive medical appointment for a newborn.

   Dr Singh is a great person, he treats you like family. I am very happy with the way he cares for his patients. This was my third visit for my sleeping issues and anxiety, and honestly, half of my problems felt solved just by seeing him and the way he talks and understands. The staff are also very polite, kind, and understanding. I really appreciate all their help and would happily recommend them.

   Visiting Hamilton Lakes Clinic is one of the best healthcare experiences the family and I have had. The staff is so professional and friendly, they definitely made sure we were very comfortable and also kept us well informed. The clinic was incredibly spotless and the doctor took time to listen to us and thoroughly explain step by step what the treatment plan would be. Not everyday you receive such care and compassion. Highly recommend Hamilton Lakes Clinic.

Recently, I visited the clinic and the staff made me feel very comfortable. The doctor listened carefully, gave helpful advice, and I felt well taken care of.    Went to Hamilton Lake Clinic today with an emergency and no appointment. The receptionist was so helpful and got me in straight away to see the nurse, then the doctor. Really happy with how they looked after me — quick, friendly, and caring service.

   i wanted to change doctors i called to see if i could go in and enroll but was told to enroll online if new patient not taking casual patients i said sprained wrist bad at work and the person didn't believe me. ratchet services i got and she talked over me straight up didn't want to hear what i wanted to say.
