   I was told initially my prescription would be 10-15 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked how much longer, only to be told “ it’s on the pile, “ by Joyce. I wanted to know a realistic timeframe, but was told to go back to the original person. (Rwna) she wasn’t much help either. The customer service is non existent. I won’t be coming back or recommending this Chemist.

   My hubby spoke of how he got into strife with the car and the ladies came to his aid in offering the use of their phone. He was so appreciative of this gesture, he was able to call AA and have the car sorted quick smart. He had used the phone a tad longer than expected however the time used was of no issue to them. Thank you Westgate Pharmacy Thank you, he got home and spoke of his tale and how he felt so relieved with your kind and caring nature.

   My friend had passport style photos here and the were printed the wrong size. They accepted responsibility for the photos being the wrong size. The inconvenience of coming back and waiting to have them done again was frustrating. Then the manager told the staff member the cost is $40 to reprint them but we can have it done for $20 because the paper is expensive. I am sure you don't pay $20 for each sheet and this was your staff that printed them wrong in the first place. So we end up paying $40 for $20 photos. And about an hour of our time sorting them out. So this place we will never go back to.

   45ishmins wait for standard prescription. While others come in in and out with prescriptions with in 15 mins. Rather unhelpful when you are told it would be 10 mins and then when u politely ask your told it's just getting done now each time. Not so helpful when you have children to pick up

   Forgetting script and once finding it adding it to the back of the queue. So others that came in well after you are leaving well before you. Will just wait at big box pharmacies.

   Had seen the pharmacy previously and decided to try - very convenient location as you can see a doctor, do shopping, dry cleaning etc all in a 100 metre radius. They have a wide range of goods (i.e. cosmetics) and have a lotto counter (for those interested). Good customer service, reasonably priced, friendly staff - also very busy so you may have a 10-15 minute wait for scripts.
