   Quite poor customer service by a couple of staff members. No greeting for 5 minutes upon arrival. Was rude and sarcastic when I said what I came for. I know there are other staff who are super friendly and professional.

   I went there to pick up the repeat and it was closed even the google says open til 5.30 pm I went there at 5.10 pm. I emailed them that if it was an emergency to close I would understand but if they close the shop earlier than the close time often then they need to update. They found a close time difference between their website and the google. And they forwarded an email to me which is saying that hi team can you check the closing hours. Since then they don’t send me an email. The email itself was not actually to me but the team. I am disappointed with the online customer support. I wish they would have told me which close time is correct or the update.

   I visited Doctor on Thursday. I agreed to pick up my medication next day as too many to prepare at the end of day. Today, Saturday midday I got message 'medication is ready to pick up'. I came in and noticed pharmacist is counting tablets and 3 people are waiting. I also wait for about 7-8 minutes till she finished count and gave the pack to Customer. Than I approached counter and start talking, asking, could I get my medication... she rudely abrupted me, saying I must wait till she serve next customer. It is only 10 to 15 more minutes. I start talking about my medications are ready to pick up... she did not want to hear anything. I understood she only wants to demonstrate her power over. She spent 3-4 minutes arguing with me instead of just giving me my medications and spent much lesser time on serving me. We r going to this pharmacy since business been opened. 1st time in a history I experience such rude and burishing service, when pharmacist also doesn't have badge with her name and no her name on the board: 'pharmacist on duty'. I had to leave without medications ad I understood she will not give me my ready packed medications till she will think it will suite her time. Now I have to go back another time or another day, when somebody else, more polite, will be on duty.

   The lady in white gown with specs standing on left was very rude. Didn’t knew how to talk to. Should take some counseling and art of conversation lessons. Last time went there at 5:10pm and it was closed and time on the website says 5:30pm

   Terrible service, doctor prescribed medication when I got to the pharmacy, the pharmacist tells me she could not give me my medication as they close at 5, and it wasn't even 5 o clock as yet it was prescribe at 4.25 still had enough time as the medical centre and pharmacy had no people wanting.

   The doctor prescribes medicines on two prescriptions, including one eye drop. The pharmacist did not realise that there are two set of prescriptions, and the pharmacist told me one of the bottles is for the eye (in fact, it is for something else). When I came back home, I googled the medicine. it is not for the eyes. If I put that drop in the eyes, it could cause severe burn. I told the doctor, and the doctor questioned the pharmacist, she said she was about to call me to advise the issue. It was almost one hour from the time she gave me these medicines. I do not believe it took one hour to receive two separate prescriptions from the same doctor for a single visit. What if I use that so called eye drop straight away?! Very unprofessional!!!

   Went there today for my partner’s covid booster’s.Omg the staff are so rude especially the owner . We been shopping there for so long and today I was been treated really bad from her . I jst dnt understand why a person that own a business jst wanted the peoples money but no customer service at all. I also noticed that all she wanted is to get people to get their vaccinations there in order to get money then let them sitting around without keeping eye on them and also there is no distancing. The health department should visiting this place to avoid the spreading of the virus. I was also been told by a staff member that a lot of the staff already resigned because of that owners attitude towards the staff. She said that she also looking for another job. What a shame!!!! We will never ever go back there to shop again. Very sad that a business is located inside a popular mall which runs by unprofessional people especially the owner.
