Had the best appointments with Dr (Hsiang-Wei) WANG! Since Dr Lowe's retirement and departure, I was hesitant to visit and see the current Drs as I felt they may not know me and my family as well as Dr Lowe did. However, I have seen Dr Wang a few times and can honestly say I have had AMAZING consultations each time. Dr Wang is welcoming, friendly and patient and not to mention, I have been able to easily book with.him. I am always greeted politely and didn't feel uncomfortable at all during my consultations despite seeing a new doctor. Dr Wang listens carefully to your concerns and ensures you are receiving the right treatment. I am really hoping Dr Wang will have more days at this clinic (currently seeing patients every second Wednesday) as I feel confident and assuring to be under his care. Thank you again to Dr Wang.

Receptionist poor customer service My mother booked an appointment in the morning for later that afternoon. However, her leg pain significantly worsened, and by midday she was unable to walk, requiring me to call an ambulance. At that point, the GP appointment was the last thing on our minds, as I was occupied with repeatedly contacting emergency services, providing updates on my mother’s condition, and asking when an ambulance would arrive. The receptionist later called my mother’s phone and, in an abrupt and accusatory tone, asked, ‘Why didn’t you cancel your booking if you’re not going to turn up?’ I assisted my mother in explaining the situation and apologised for not notifying the clinic sooner. Despite this, the receptionist terminated the call abruptly. This interaction was extremely disappointing and reflected a very poor standard of customer service. If this is considered acceptable behaviour from the clinic’s reception staff, I would strongly reconsider returning in the future. I do not recommend this GP clinic.

Just to let everyone know Dr Waxman is gone from the clinic for good. I'm very pleased the clinic is back to normal now. I'm very happy to see the clinic making decisions for what's best for the customers

Deborah Waxman needs to go. Unprofessional. she full on chose to pick a fight with myself over my comment on wait time, rather than see to my sick son. she said you would wait hours to see a GP. ummm does she know how appointments work? This is not A&E where you would wait for hours. My 40 years at this clinic and have never had an argument with a doctor, nurse or receptionist, until this red twirly hairdo lady. This is not thr first time my family has had a bad experience with her. and to top it off shes standing over me saying she feels threatened. is it bcos Im an islander??? No good

I have been a patient of Dr Lowe's since I was born (as well as my whole family) - I am now 38 years old. Since he was retiring we had been seeing Dr Teo to whom I also hold a lot of respect for. The nurses and reception are so lovely, helpful and kind, especially Ms Claire. HOWEVER... Dr Waxman is absolutely rude and has no idea or manners and honestly doesn't fit in well with such a well respected medical center. I went to see her for a change in birth control (something so simple) but she made me feel so horrible, uncomfortable and demanded i tested for STI's before she considered even seeing me again to do this... I am a married mother of 2. It is the first time in 38 years I have ever experienced a Doctor with no sense of anything. She lacked any common sense, common understanding and common judgement and that is an understatement. Please find someone else more advanced, understanding, caring and kind because she is not it.

Terrible waiting time, it's been over 15 mins for my appointment time however Dr Lowe is great but I despise the fact that we have to wait longer than usual just to talk to our doctors for less than 10 minutes

Didn't receive an opportunity to get more than two words in... Ushered out with Panadol in less than two minutes. New name should be T.L Profit

Dr Lowe, Manon and Lynette are lovely but unfortunately I can't say the same for other staff. Have since changed to a different medical centre for better patient care and service.

While DR Lowe is very good and quite thorough, the receptionist Clare is the exact opposite. Her attitude is constantly rude and the other day I missed a call from them so I called back and was hung up on as I was mid sentence just saying that I’ve missed a call and never even received another call back from them as I doubt DR Lowe was ever advised that I called back as she didn’t even ask my name before hanging up on me. I’ve had multiple bad/rude experiences from her but put it aside as Dr Lowe is usually worth it however that was the cherry on the top. I have since enrolled at another practice which is a shame as they have been my GP for 10 years now.

Love it here. Nice and clean feeling with bright colours. Claire the receptionist is wonderful. The other receptionist and nurses are great too. I've been seeing Dr Lowe for most of my life and Dr Teo sometimes too. Always feel welcome and comfortable at this clinic hence why I haven't changed.
