Very prompt service. My personal pharmacy for over 3 years now.

Horrible customer service. The staff clearly don’t want to helpβ€”just stand around doing nothing while making things more difficult with made-up processes. They kept looking at each other and gesturing to pass the work onto someone else, like no one wanted to take responsibility. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Avoid if you can.

I had gone there with a prescription and was told the liquid medicine was not in stock but the tablets are there, they said to go look in other pharmacy’s and then come back if you can’t get any . I specifically asked them should I get another prescription for the tablet instead of liquid form and they told no need , when I went back to them after visiting 3 other pharmacy for liquid form , they said I need to change the prescription, just a whole waste of my time . I wouldn’t even rate one star .

Visited this pharmacy this morning to get my medicines that was sent via email from Mt roskill local doctors to this pharmacy, they said they haven't received anything, so we had to call them, re-check and when confirmed they said they've recevied now. That's all good all completely normal could have been some delay, we understand. But the disappointing part is the their tone and the way they talked, very rude. To be working in medical field and having that tone, that attitude should be unacceptable, specially the one serving in the front, terrible. No empathy, no awareness on what role you are in, where you are in, what words you are using, what tone you're using. This field requires patience, empathy, care. People come there after consulatation with their doctors. The least you could do from your end other than giving out medicines is sending good vibes, positive attitude. Its not like you're in Macdonalds or Sunday's farmer market where you are annoyed/frustrated and have that attitude when order is messed up or someone ask for bargain. Its not a vegetable market. Its a pharmacy, you're giving out medical supplies, please bear that in mind, the profession you're in. All service industry can be hard at times specially people facing roles, but need to be aware what kind of people facing role you're in. We've always been there, before when it used to be Philipino ladies so cheerful, always smiling, greeting, positive attitude but now its a nightmare.

Staff is usually very respectful and convenient and they run postage there till 4pm every weekday. It's inconvenient they close on weekends, otherwise they're quite a reliable pharmacy to go to

Called today at 9.25 am asking for my repeat prescription. The pharmacist Sounds like she just had a bad morning. She was so abrupt on the phone and rude. She told me if i dont like their pharmacy service i can go somewhere else. I asked if she was the owner she replied yes. I think she lied!! regardless she was the owner or not it was extremely stupid to tell customers to go elsewhere because there are strong and fierce competitions out there !! Its Your lost because myself and my family will go elsewhere where we appreciated.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. You must update your store hours on google. Not at all convenient for customers. I urgently had to pick up medicines on my prescription but the pharmacy was closed.

Does not know to respect customers. The Owner lady was so rude when I gave a feedback. Lot of Indians come to New Zealand but their attitude does not change. They think and talk as if they own the country. Treating employees like slaves. I do not recommend this pharmacy as they don't respect all the customers from different background. Very very bad ATTITUDE.

What sets them apart from other pharmacies is the friendly & fast service. The people behind the counter are awesome. The recent addition to their service portfolio is the NZ Post facility. They have the relevant postal courier bags (check photo) of different sizes available for both local & international destinations. Tracking at additional $1 for local post can also be availed. This is an excellent option for the local residents since the NZ Post at St. Lukes mall has shut its doors! Also available is the facility for photographs for passports and similar documents.
