“I went in this afternoon and the staff were amazing. It ended up taking about 3 hours all up, first to be seen and then have bloods done as well as an X-ray but great experience from start to finish. The doctor took her time to speak to me and examine be and it didn’t feel rushed. Overall was 10 out of 10.”

“After seeing how extremely low the ratings were in other reviews, I want to express my gratitude once again to my GP, Kevin Park. I also want to thank Catherine, the head nurse, who did not overlook the issue I had with a nurse. She tried her best to understand from the patient’s perspective, listened carefully, and worked to ensure that such things would not happen again in the future. My GP, Kevin Park, listened carefully to my opinions and reflected them by changing my blood pressure medication. (A doctor who understands the patient’s pain → the best doctor^^) Even though the previous medication didn’t work, after he changed it, my blood pressure has remained normal for months. Just as reports say that symptoms improve faster when there is strong trust between a doctor and a patient, I believe having a good GP is truly important. In that sense, I am very grateful.”

“Considering the nightmare time of year with most doctors shut down, the service we received was unbelievably good. Dr Nikki was so thorough and I really thought she went the extra mile to check my daughter was getting the right tests and had the best review of what the next steps were- she listened , she took her time to ensure all the right tests were undertaken and having been in the hospital system with my daughter a lot in her younger years I was so impressed by the care Nikki and the nurses gave us. “We had a great first-time experience at Local Doctors – Dannemora. Had an appointment booked for my sick daughter at 2:30pm and we arrived a bit early, around 2:15. The reception staff were very kind and accommodating, even with a simple task like finding my daughter’s name in the system, made us feel welcomed. We were assisted shortly after by a friendly and caring Filipino nurse, Bless, who took my daughter’s vital stats with warmth and professionalism. At 2:30pm, we were seen by Dr. Alaa, who was incredibly humble, accommodating, and kind. She treated my daughter so gently and took the time to explain her condition clearly and in a reassuring manner. The visit was efficient, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. I truly appreciate the care we received and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to others. “The receptionist, nurse & doctor that looked after me at 4am last night were all so attentive & kind. Whilst I was there other patients were also treated in the same timely manner. Even though upon hearing how much of a busy and eventful night they had, the nurse and doctor both treated me in a relaxed tone and were both so helpful with any questions I had. Also being treated with medication I hadn’t used before, the nurse was attentive in staying with me and showing me how to use it. “After previous not so good experiences I think this led myself to assume this doctors office would be the same as others. I was very wrong, the receptionists take a lot of flack from us grumpy sick sore people. including myself- they do there best and what they can for us. They go above and beyond, if I ever need anything urgently, they do whatever they can to help, every time without fail. Peter Tompkins, Bridget holzinger, Dr saha are excellent doctors, always listen to what Im saying and always try find em a solution, as difficult as I can be, my response is from previous trauma but they are very understanding & very patient. The doctors themselves are great I have seen 2 different doctors now and each time I have felt listened to and had my questions answered. 10/10 It’s always an enjoyable experience when I go there”

“Doctor is super efficient and we have come to this one twice. Its the older one at the night time hours. He found an issue with my son that another doctor couldnt tell. When we went starship he was spot on. Also another issue when my son got a deep cut usually the nurse does it but he did the bandaging himself. Just an awesome dude.”
