Gave us medicine with either the wrong dose or wrong label and impossible to get through on the phone to check with them as when you press a button to talk to the person they let it ring a couple of times then send you back to the option menu. Useless
Excellent Pharmacy, quick friendly service, open 7 days until 8.30. Locally owned providing a range of services.
Very disappointed with the service. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to hand over my script while the staff stood around chatting. A few of them looked over at me but made no effort to acknowledge or assist me — it felt rude, awkward, and completely unprofessional. I ended up walking out and went to a pharmacy just around the corner, where I was served and out the door within 5 minutes.
The staff here are always super helpful with advice about any minor health issues and offering their ideas around best products for relief and healing. I have experienced that they will invite you over to look at products and then work out which one is best to use. They have a great range of health and wellbeing products, as well as a lovely selection of gifts available for purchase too.
Booked a vaccine appointment, turned up on time, was told to take a seat. 30 minutes later still waiting. What’s the point of bookings if they don’t mean anything. There was no one even doing vaccines for the first 25 minutes I was waiting. And no one indicated they were late or behind schedule.
I love their range of non pharmaceutical items eg make up, aromatherapy etc You can send your script via email on the website to get made up, however I font rely on that as im unsure it gets checked so I phone anyway. Always great service
This place is useless. I stood at the counter for 15 mins with no one in line but myself and 6 people on the floor working with NO ONE at any registers. Everyone of them saw me. All i wanted was to earrings. Thats it. Probably need to sort your staff out so they actually serve people. Being that its in their main job description.
Phone service is atrocious, apparently barely able to understand us. Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. I get that you get busy sometimes but not answering the phone for ten minutes and then telling us the script isn't there only for us to speak to someone else who says it is. I don't know if it's just the evening staff or what
Conveniently located, just beside Anglesea Clinic, it makes easier to order and collect your medicines. It was recently renovated and looks amazing inside. The waiting area is comfy and provide some magazines to entertain yourself while waiting. Open 7 days a week until late, offering a huge variety of products. There is also a small snack shop inside. It sells gifts and travel utilities.
