“Such a fabulous experience, every time. With helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff; it's very convenient to pop in and sort something. Fantastic customer service, you feel incredibly welcomed when you walk into this local business. The "New Management" have been in place for just over a year, and they have managed to restore Cherrywood Post Shop to its former glory. No easy task, after a rough few years under a particular (former) owner. (Read: Nothing short of a bloody miracle haha). The wider community of Otumoetai couldn't be more pleased with this change! Keep up the amazing work, team!”

“First trial, was impressed by the reception staff who took the phone call. ( Previous call to opposition left me feeling very patronized!!) . Lightning Direct is attached to the WOF station on Brooklyn Rd. Good waiting time for work to be done. Given a fair quote for reasonable (jobs not kept up, for so long) assessed work that could be done in sections. Returned to complete one section. Very happy with the result. Plus chargers were a little under the quote. Second time back to the mechanics part, at Lightning Direct, also happy with the result. Additionally , a better payment for me as they didn't charge for what they didn't need to use. Appreciated that. Felt secure in dealing with the firm.”

“This place has very friendly staff who will help you straight away after you enter the building. The queue is not that bad compared to other AA centre. When I did my driving theory test in this place, I met Melissa, who patiently helped me with all the requirements and encouraged me to do my best on my test. She also explained in detail about the test, the procedure, and also about the AA membership.”

“I previously posted a lengthy review to diffuse the negativity of the majority of the comments, but it seems to have disappeared. Those gremlins are everywhere. Recently the post shop was run by one woman, lovely, doing the best one woman can leading up to Christmas. The chemist was also run by one woman plus dispensing person. Run off their feet. I could feel the tension and their stress. Every time I visited I bought them a box of chocolates. The staff has now been increased, as well it needed. Nos gremlins stay away from my review.”

One can pay their mobile bill here as well, for senior folks like me who has that option to, same as your power bills. Great to still have that option going. Let's face it, the digital era is a lot scary for the elders.”
