Rudest most unhelpful post office staff I have ever encountered. Along with general rudeness, lied in my face about being unable to accept paper customs forms - went somewhere else who accepted them without issue. Will not be going back.
Over charge and take ridiculously long dont go here to ship out something
Wanted to post some landlines and the clerk said I would have to courier them as they have a lithium iron battery, I showed her it didn't and she still insisted along with the worker next to her. She also trying to overcharge me for my parcel by twice the amount. They are also closed on weekends, ridiculous! Just go to Marsden Books where the staff are friendly and efficient. Will never be back!
Bad service had to explain the clerk that I made the same shipping few months ago and the parcel arrived. She wanted me to use a super expensive service instead At the end managed to send economy but not so Shure she put all the stickers on my parcel so the parcel will arrive at all. Was very angry because my taxi was waiting!! Reply from the post is to fill a form via the link they provided but it wasn't available to fill a complaint because of overwhelming use of it. Also wanted to say that NZ post courier are the worst. Had to use them to return a parcel ordered them on Monday morning and still haven't picked up this urgent parcel, it's Friday!! Wasted 2 days waiting until informed the company that I will not wait for the parcel to be picked up like they promise. Will leave it outside. Wanted to make a formal complain but was rejected!!! They spend millions to rebrand their name which was not necessarily . They should invest in training , CS and more manpower. Worst service ever but was forced to use it.
Not a lot of use to anyone when they can’t provide basic services when the petrol station end of the same counter is open.
BEWARE: Closed on Saturdays. Lad in the counter even argued with me that it was never opened on Saturdays.
Your hours say you are open until 1pm on Saturdays, arrived before 12h30 and it was close. False advertising, very misleading. Change your hours please.
